I must admit I hadn't heard of him before today, although I have become more aware of maintaining good alkaline levels in your diet through people like Max Gerson and others. I will definitely look into Edgar Cayce's philosophy in more detail now thanks. I have been gradually making changes to my diet over the last couple of years, consuming less carbs/sugars, and eating more raw veg & fruit. Harder to do in winter though.

What does that do mate?
{Ed033's Note - most people are deficient in iodine so as iodine is toxic, taking detoxified iodine is a way of supplementing.

It's recommended not to take detoxified iodine/Atomidine immediately before bed as it can raise your energy.

It can also if you're deficient in iodine, possibly help with clearer thinking.

Cayce believed that iodine was one of the main substances that the human body could manufacture a lot of other substances from.

The mixture of substances that make up glyco thymoline were probably channelled originally and is an alkaline cleansing solution. It's very good for eliminating a sore throat if gargled. http://glyco-thymoline.net/
