ebola or similar life threatening diseases in my opinion will be more the norm as going in to wars is costly and people people are not buying the propaganda anymore, to cut a long story short yes it will allowed to spread to kill more then the pharmaceuticals will come to rescue with something that will contain it , it will not cure it because there is no real profit in cures, messing around with mother nature has a nasty habit of kicking you in the ass thou.
