2. Please confirm that Guidelines are recommendations that do not have to be complied with.

3. Please show proof that the test being used to justify these Guidelines do not give false positive results.

4. Please present a certified copy of these Guidelines and show me where it specifically names me and my business.

5. Please provide a certified copy of the Contract signed by both parties, where i agreed to comply with these Guidelines.

6. Please explain to me how i am breaking the Law by not complying with these Guidelines.

7. On the government web page at, https://www.gov.uk/guidance/high-consequence-infectious-diseases-hcid, it states: "As of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious disease (HCID) in the UK.". Please provide proof that COVID-19 is currently highly contagious.

8. Please confirm the current medical threat COVID-19 has to a healthy living man or living woman under the age of 70 years old.

9. Please define what is meant when the Government use the words "Public health threat" in relation to COVID-19.

10. What grounds does an alleged "Public health threat", which was downgraded in severity as of 19 March 2020, become of higher importance than the long term threat I face in terms of mental problems and financial ruin.

11. Please confirm how many critically ill people without any underlying medical conditions there are in Intensive Care Units, so i can make an informed decision on these Guidelines.

12. Please confirm that these these Guidelines have been through a risk assessment and will protect me from mental and financial ruin.

13. Are you willing to accept full liability for any or all financial, physical and or mental health problems bought on by following these Guidelines and closing my business?

Each of the above points 1 to 13 must be replied to clearly.
Any reply to be sent to me by mail through the Post.
If no reply to each of the points in the correct manner is received within ten (10) calendar days, then it is hereby taken as your tacit agreement that this matter is closed.
