Glasgow bin lorry driver accused of telling a pack of lies.

From the Guardian
http://goo.gl/kjpYws

{Ed033's Note - The Crown Office said in February that no criminal charges would be brought against Clarke in relation to the crash.

Presumably this is because Clarke had no intent to harm anyone and was unconscious during the Actus Reus (guilty act), so therefore had no Mens Rea (guilty mind), so is innocent of the Actus Reus.

However, Clarke allegedly has a history of fainting and dizziness dating back to the 1970s, including fainting at the wheel of a stationary bus in April 2010 and failed to disclose this to the council. This could be seen as Fraudulent Misrepresentation.

The relatives apparently do want Clarke to face prosecution for at least something and if they could get a criminal Trial by Jury, i would imagine the Jury would find him guilty, just because he should have known that at some point he was going to 'black out' again and a fatal accident was possible.

It has been mentioned that this was a false flag op. Making the pack of lies statement all the more intruding
{Ed033's Note - If you want to get conspiratorial, we know that recently, long time conspiracy Radio Host, Jeff Rense (renseradio.com) had a car accident where he 'blacked out' for no reason (Jeff Rense never had a history of 'black outs'). A witness at the scene saw 2 men go into the crashed car, they totally ignored Jeff Rense and appeared to be either looking for something or collecting something and then just left. Jeff Rense surmised that someone using government agency technology fired some kind of energy beam (microwaves?) at him that caused him to black out.

It doesn't surprise me that government agencies have this technology and also use it for assassination purposes but did they use this technology on Clarke? Or did they somehow hypnotise /mind-control Clarke? Seems a bit of a stretch.

In France it's possible that some kind of false flag involving 3 mind-controlled men took place around the same date of 23 December 2014. 2 men ploughed into some people using vehicles, except these were allegedly on purpose with both allegedly shouting, "Allahu Akbar".

Dijon France Sunday 21 December 2014, a man ploughs into a group of people with a vehicle.
http://goo.gl/i8LDsj

Nantes France Tuesday 23 December 2014, a man ploughs into a group of people with a vehicle then stabs himself 9 times afterwards.
http://goo.gl/QGkgqz

On Saturday 20 December 2014 another man, was also allegedly heard shouting "Allahu Akbar", stabbed three police officers in the French town of Joue-les-Tours.

two quick posts which I find strange and have not really got a answer.

rupert murdoch predicts corbyn will win the election because the other three do not seem genuine in what they are saying.
dont know what's he's angle but I find that strange.

2 cilla black funereal today here in liverpool and I find it strange that cliff ritchard singing at the service ,he could not go home to answer questions when he's mansion got raided but he's ok to come in the uk?
got to be still protected .

You can guarantee that murdoch's intentions are not noble. evil vile man.

Richard has got the go ahead to attend funeral from highest level. couldn't see him turning up otherwise. On that note has anyone noticed if his music is still being played by UK radio stations?

Ttts. What has cliff Richards been charged with? You can't claim he's been "let off" because he's famous, with half of the BBC in prison, and if he's protected, why has he been thrust into the sex scandal limelight? Just asking.

half of the bbc? harris/hall not exactly a full prison .
cliff has been charged with nothing as yet ,he name has cropped up a few times regarding child abuse at elm house ,also when I went to portugal a few years back I had a nose at his villa , by the way portugal is the capital of europe for child kidnapping/abuse (madeline mccann)etc , he also is not a uk resident anymore , he gave that up to move to barbados ,you can read into that as you want,

lets be clear there is something that stinks about cliff and I don't just mean his music ,and for him to comeback to the uk I found very odd, he must have got clearance from high up to make the funeral .

He's moved abroad, so he must be dodgy. That's what British stars do. So David beckham, roger Moore, vinnie jones, Tom jones, Richard Branson, Sean Connery , etc must also be part of a conspiracy? If Portugal is the child abuse capital of Europe, why are u taking your family their? Surely if living in Portugal makes you a child abuser, does living in Liverpool make you a thief? Of course not! Its so easy to start a conspiracy rumour. Did franky scoucer kidnapp maddie? He holidays in the child kidnap capital of Europe. He's visited the home of cliff Richard, who must be a peadophile because he's moved aboard. Making accusations with no proof makes you no better than the people you slag off on this site.

Going to mention these GM Mosquitoes again. This is scary stuff. The 1/2 billion human population can be reached in a relatively short space of time using GM Mosquitoes. I'd assume those involved will have an antidote already ready for the chosen few.

TTTS, since they are GMO they have genetic markers unique to them. Anyone well versed in genetics and virus design could synthesise a virus to wipe them out without affecting anything else in nature. I know it's "freaky" and not a practice that should be allowed but whatever they do, we can undo. Once we are united and begin to act collectively, we'll transform this planet to an earthly heaven.

{Ed033's Note - i heard that we going to have these types of robots as armed security type, privatised 'police', so the term terminator is very apt. Not only are we going to have flying drones spying on us, shouting commands at us and shooting at us, we also going to have terminators on the ground spying on us, shouting commands at us and shooting at us if we don't think and do exactly as we're told.

If they are presenting field ready units to the public they must be close to deployment. This may sound irrational but I am not worried about these automatons nor for nanochip implants, as these automatons require a lot of resources to build.

In contrast an effective EMP (electromagnetic pulse) generator or bomb (one time use), which would render those silly contraptions into heaps of metal, costs less than a kilo of peanuts (that's without recycling electronics). Even if they insulate their mainboards with lead or electromagnetic fields, we can just use tesla coils to power laser tube based devices to create directional emp beams.

They would function very similarly to lasers (albeit invisible to the human eye) but would only destroy electronics. Tesla created one about a hundred years ago with the technology available to him at that time, which means it would require very little resources to produce a better functioning version today.

We could shut their factories down from anywhere in the same hemisphere, or even destroy the satellites/facilities they'll be using for locating them and issuing start/stop commands to them. And that's before we even consider what a descent hacker could do to them. Even quantum computers are only as good as their programers.

Life is not a movie no matter how much they want it to be. The establishment gives us very little credit and that will be their downfall. We are not scripted characters but energy tending to "unfinity".
{Ed033's Note - This looks like trying to make the movie THX 1138 into reality where we pay to create robots that punish us if we don't do exactly as told by evil, corrupt people. Why would we want to do that?

{Ed033's Note - This is a new thread continuing a part of the financial discussion from below.

About 10 years ago, the British Rothchild's were allegedly worth 100 trillion pounds sterling or thereabouts and they paid 0 tax on any of that. The 'elite' people with all the money don't pay tax and won't ever.

People also don't know about the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFRs) where there are 2 sets of books. The public book where there is no money and the other book where there is trillions of OUR money being invested everywhere in the financial trading system and X amount of it being siphoned off somewhere. This happens in Britain as well as elsewhere.

Alex Jones was exposing the Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports (CAFRs) in the late 1990s.

With all the scandal involving ex PMs it's strange to see GB being wheeled out to challenge the corbyn bandwagon.
Desperate times desperate measures? .

Pity these so called labour guys were not so vocal in the battle against the tories

Mrs E
17 Aug 2015 08:05:35
Labour are vocal in opposing the Tories however Scotland and some parts of England didn't want a Labour Government.

They have to look at that, Labour can't implement any of their policies whilst in opposition and we have a majority Tory Govt.

Nationalism (the nasty side) is well and truly on the rise. A Nationally prescribed School Uniform has been put forward by the SNP Minister for Education, a SNP Councillor resigned last week over racism - still only a minority seem alarmed!

sorry Mrs E but to say LAB have been opposing Tories is a myth.
will give you one as an example. the poll tax was fought on the streets all over the country when thatcher was in power. what happened when new LAB came to power?erm the name got changed to the council tax. that is one of many. the fact is lab has lost its roots all over the country and 30/40% do not vote, why? maybe because there is no real difference between the two parties.

Mrs E
17 Aug 2015 21:30:45
Council Tax is far better than poll tax. Labour fought Thatcher tooth and nail but She was still voted in 3 times and this was not because we couldn't tell the difference.

I know this comes as a shock to some but we have folk in our Country who do not want to pay for an NHS & welfare state that they never use. These folk vote Tory as they see Labour as too soft on the economy etc.

The Welfare State, NHS, defence etc isn't paid for by itself - every working UK citizen pays for them.

Labour & Tory never have been, never will be the same. Having taken a step back from the Scottish referendum (I was a staunch Yes) what we are fighting against is nationalism in its ugliest form. I'm quite surprised it's not been picked up upon on this page.

What has been brought in up here for example: -

Offensive behaviour at Football Act - widely criticised by human rights groups
Named Persons Legislation
Centralised Police force which left 2 dead on the side of the road the other week
Scottish Police Force spying on journalists

I could go on further but nationalism is no democracy and the Scottish First Minister is the highest paid politician in the UK incidentally. Champagne socialism?

Franky which Party has done more for you in your lifetime, who has been the best Prime Minister - I bet it's Labour & Tony Blair (war criminal)
{Ed033's Note - not only have we got to get past the devastating political correctness, we also have to move on from the left/right paradigm. Otherwise we're just dumbed down children in adult bodies looking for the nanny state to govern us.
Agree · 0 · Disagree · 0
Mrs E

Exactly Ed033!

I don't want a lawless society or anarchy so what kind of Government do we want? Westminster needs a total overhaul.

Labour might not have done away with House of Lords but they did its biggest reform in decades (if not centuary).

For what's it's worth I'd do away with the Royals, I find them a needless expense.

I get fed-up with political correctness and nanny state mentality.

The reason Labour are not in Goverment is their manifesto was too left wing - find me 1 item that was the same as the Tories. If you can't find any then you've been conned.
{Ed033's Note - What we have is a legal society, but what we need is a lawful society because in a legal society, the government can make anything legal or illegal and we end up with a lawless society where the elite can do anything and we (the non-elite) can go to prison because someone assumed we had a thought that offended them, i.e. thought crime.

splitting hairs council tax better than the poll tax
bit like hanging or drowning as for blair to me he is as bad as thatcher ,with thatcher you knew the poor were going to get fleeced, blair on the other hand done as much damage to the working class as thatcher with his treatment of the unions, I won't go into his role in the middle east because I could be here another hour ,

i really don't see were you get the notion that lab are any different to cons, this corbyn propaganda proves that , getting attacked daily from every party and media outlet ,honest to god it drives me nuts when people say he's too left, do we all want wars?do we all want fracking? do we all want trident? do we all want massive cooperations not getting taxed?do we all want energy and transport firms charging what they want?

this will be the first time in 30 odd years that there will be a clear difference between the two parties and before people jump on the bandwagon about too left ,think about this over a quarter of the uk population do not vote, why? maybe its for the reasons I have stated about the parties being similar, now do you think any of the people that don't vote are tories? I very much doubt it because they have to much to lose , so that leaves the 25% or more who are not inspired by any of them .

your other points about the monarchy and political correctness I agree with .

out of interest MRS E have you voted in this lab election if not who would you have voted for?
{Ed001's Note - I thought it was only a quarter that did vote?}

Hey Ed033, I am wondering, why do you think this could have not been made by humans? I mean if we have antigravity, which we do, we could make crafts of any shape and size. The establishment has definitely had the time, technology and privacy to have built anything.
If Blue Beam was the plan all along they would of built vastly varying craft in shape, materials and colors to help convince people that we are actually being invaded.

Also, it's not like the establishment doesn't have a fascination with squares and edges. As an example there's the Ka'aba in Mecca and the fact that practically everyone lives in a rectangular house (when a lot could afford to do otherwise).

I am asking primarily because I am not convinced any beings of higher intelligence are on this planet. They could have been in the past but that is not mandatory to explain anything.
{Ed033's Note - i'm thinking that it would take years to get through just the design phase of a craft and something of that shape would be rejected early on. It's just my opinion.

So Putin is now banning websites like reddit and has made it law that google, FB etc have to store data in Russia. As Garry Kasparov said on twitter an Iron Firewall is being created.

{Ed001's Note - hasn't China pretty much done the same thing? It is not like Alphabet (keep up Kim Google has changed....) FB etc are not just passing data over to the govt anyway, so not sure it really matters all that much. Just another govt will have access.}

China has done for years as nominally they remain a communist country. I'm not really that interested in china. This though is a recent move in Russia, and shows the further slip towards totalitarianism. Yes they already pass data over but previously they kept the data at their own headquarters where it was under the laws of that country. By having to file a copy of the data in Russia it becomes subject to Russian law and is easier for various agencies to access the data. They can move faster if anyone breaches the "rules".

Either way worrying for free speech.
