Well there is a claim by many that aliens have always inhabited earth, so the the majority of sightings of discs, people always assume the disc are from outer of space when they could be on our doorstop , we know less about Antarctica and under the oceans than we do about the moon, it makes you wonder.

So we may have to state "in the modern era" when did man first land on the moon. It may have been the secret space program that got there first "in the modern era" using black technology so when Apollo did get to the moon using black technology, there were people already there. In addition, there could also have been ETs on the moon as well.

The term bath salts is used on the labeling so it can be sold as such , recently in ireland the sale of all such products was banned , they have different names like charge ,wildcat and zerozero ,the product is mass produced in china and is very potent ,before it was banned in ireland there were numerous cases of people takin it and going completly off the wall ! killig and beating people up .
