Sorry to hear that bud,think many of us are in that position and can empathize. If you want to try something natural, you can find the butterfly pea flower. It's called blue ternate here in the Philippines,not sure if it has a local name in the UK, but it's a great antioxidant. Pop a few flowers in a teapot, add hot water and you're good to go. My wife uses it nightly before bed and has a better, more peaceful sleep also. Cheers.

Hi Eds I'am trying some detoxing Foot Pads. I'll keep you informed on the outcome. I suffered from gout earlier in the year and hasn't really passed so am hoping this might help.

Not on distilled water yet but I do filter as best as possible at the moment.
I too have water, lemon and apple cider vinegar everyday with me to work. Most days I have an oatmilk shake with spirulina, chlorella (if I don't have any good organic super greens/seaweed) and maca powder. Always got bags of almonds, cashews or walnuts handy.
I live near the sea so quite often have a good supply of mackerel which I eat several times a week across the summer, if not good salmon/herring other oily fish.
Try and get organic green veg whenever possible making sure the family gets as much of it as possible.
Ginko Biloba everyday as well as good quality supplements to get my zinc, D, iodine etc at the very least.

Some people i have seen or read reported some relief by paying [£50 or more for a 1 hour session] to have multiple sessions in a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber. I think the Manuka Honey we can get is not actually raw, so i might exchange Manuka honey with raw honey, if i could get it.

i think the vitamin K, might be K2 to minimise the negative effects of high dose vitamin D3.

What could be missing from that excellent list is detoxified iodine, fulvic acid or Shilajit and an AquaCure AC50 (but those last 2 are expensive).

Cheers bud. I'm in the Philippines and manufacture probiotics in partnership with local organic farmers. A lot more people here are starting to look critically at their health and opting to do something about it, especially the jabbed, though I'm careful to tell them that my probiotics can do nothing to reverse the process, only help with some of the adverse reactions. I'm also shipping to the US and Australia and can do the UK also if anyone is interested? Not sure if it's allowed bud but I've got a fb page that people can look at if they want to find out a bit more.

Cheers Ed. All good info. I live in sunshine so don't need to worry to much about some of this but vitamin replacement, especially vit D is crucial for those living in the UK. Also investing in or producing a good probiotic is advisable. Sorting out your gut health can make a huge difference to your immune system as well as your general well-being. Good luck everyone.

Too many people with similar stories for there not to be truth somewhere in this sort of thing. Plenty of names Soros (links to Clintons), Royals, etc. Thought I'd have a quick search incognito of something to refresh my memory ref: hunting by Royal families etc and g**gle wanted to know my location right away. I don't think they just prey on social institutions.
My wife has told me the story of how a couple of men tried to abduct her in Portsmouth when she was around 10ish (would have been early 90's) walking home from school with a friend. She bit one on the arm and got away. Nothing ever came of it and they were'nt seen again, but they are'nt necessarily lone, socially incapable old white van driving weirdos like can be portrayed by the media.

At a lower level I know they do it alot with food & drink. I used to own 3 Subway stores and I'm sure they used a chicken supplier that bought the title "Chicken breast" or "100% Chicken Breast", therefore they could use the strapline "We use 100% Chicken Breast". That was at least 10 years ago.
The tuna was marked as something like "100% tuna" but in tests in America they discovered no Tuna at all. It looked like, smelt like and had the consistency of Tuna.

So much to digest. In summary, we have been lied to and manipulated for ever. I was particularly interested in the short mention of David Crowley and the murder of his family before he could finish Gray State. Especially his depiction of the Freemason executioner in the film's trailer. Intriguing.
