I wonder when mainstream science is going to connect the behavior of plasma and the effects of plasma discharge as the energetic transference pathway that gives rise to the material world.
Plasma discharge on a negatively charged area creates dendrites (neurons, blood vessels etc. ). Plasma discharge on a positively charged area creates scallops (bones, skin etc. ).
If some people could rise above their insecurity erected preconceptions what a world this could be.

I think of it as a chant rather than a buzz as it gets clearer after hearing it for a while.
Forget all about sleep paralysis, that is how the establishment ensures that one will be too afraid to AP.
Also, fear of dying is the egos self preservation mechanism. AP is an ego separating experience, where the ego realizes that it is the creation and not the creator.

Don't be afraid for your body. It is yours and nothing can happen to it while you AP without your permission.
You are connected to it and noone can sever that connection except you. Leave it somewhere safe and secure and it'll be there for you when you get back.
As for the numbing you experience, it is the rise in the body's frequency which is necessary for separation.

Lucid dreaming helps during OBEs because if you don't travel in unity with your energetic body and your mind is still active in the same way when you are awake, you are creating conflicts.
If you want to explore but your mind wants to analyze, you are creating rather than experiencing. The same holds true for what is referred to as sleep paralysis, part of you wants to travel (energetic body) and part of you (material mind - ego) is too scared to go along for the ride.
The limited (ego) cannot preside over the unlimited (energetic body).

During AP (OBE), your energetic body is instantaneously recharged and your material body no longer requires sleep. When you return you are always wide awake and so full of energy as if you are reborn.
You can use AP to explore the world, travel wherever you want, swim the depths of the oceans, experience what it is like to fly, what it is like to swim without need for air, what it is like to see without need for light and most importantly what it is like to not be bound by spacetime limitations.
You can collect information, heal people by sharing your light with them and after enough training to bring your material body to where your energetic body is (teleport).

Once you AP you will never see the world through the same eyes again. Cultivate it and never fear it. Experience the limitlessness of the energetic body as compared to the limits of the material one. It's the greatest ability one can wish for.

Do you mean the first country not considered as part of the 3rd world by westerners?
I am pretty sure that half North African and West Asian countries already have a ban on protests and routinely imprison people who disagree with establishment policies, a lot of them journalists.
Also, expecting the next generation to clean up our mess isn't fair to them.

On a different note, sometime ago I said that there are no anti-establishment militant groups currently active on the planet. As it turns out, I was wrong. The IMF's representative in Afghanistan, Wabel Abdallah, was killed yesterday along with 13 other foreigners and 3 Afghanis.

Alright Zari.
I wouldn't say a chant, it's like a very loud buzz that doesn't stop until I wake up proper. Also my body becomes completely paralysed but I know now that's just sleep paralysis. Thing is though now that it's happened a few times I know I'm almost AP'ing but every time I get this instinct feeling that if I go through with it I'm going to die.

Very 1st time it happened I was 16, stoned and on msn and had started to fall asleep. Next thing I was floating (I know now that it wasn't my physical body floating) and the only thought in my head was to get back on my bed or I was dead. After what felt like an hour but was probs around 5 mins of using my mind (n tbh I don't even know what I done) I was back in my body. I freaked out though and never went back to sleep that night lol!

I think weed helps to AP if u intend to. It is nuts man and the YouTube videos don't help at all.

And I think I know what u mean about lucid dreaming getting me ready for AP. Care to elaborate?

Finally can u AP? And is it useful? I can't help thinking that I can get close, but all my mates can't for a reason. But that would be going into past life's etc which I'm not convinced on.

Can I also say, I have been reading this site for the last 2-3 years and think it's great, thanks to all the eds for giving us a place to go to express our views and learn from other like minded individuals.
On our own we are weak but together we can achieve the impossible.

This country they sue but you are right it will be the next-generation that they will try to do this.

Imagine a world where vanity didn't exist. Now, so many industries would be non existent or bankrupt. This I'm afraid under capitalism they need the young even as young as 6 to be educated and aware of what is what so they can sexualise them and make so much more money.

Girls as young as 8 now need make up, fake nails, fake eyelashes to name a few to impress who? They don't know. All they know is they need to look their best to be accepted

Good luck to you Comrade Harold. This was bold coup by someone, very big cover up operation. Lots of maskirovka involved. But they make mistake and think people are stupid. People are less accepting than before. Now everyone have internet and camera phones and are less trusting of authority. My generation too set in ways, do not question. It is to youth we must look for the future is theirs. Many questions from that day, I believe Comrade Editor Number 33 have plenty videos that help explain. Good one by lady doctor, bit technical for me but seems plausible. I recommend.

I have not been in America since but I keep contacts from the old days. Many disturbing things on the wind. These camps for example, Gulags in all but name. Dark times ahead but darkest hour is always before the dawn. Will it be our dawn or theirs?

Inquiry by police has cost how much but so far only celebrities have been caught, famous from tv and radio.

But only old people, has been. No current celebrities have been caught. Does this mean it no longer happens? Of course not.

Also only celebrities, no politicians or judges or lawyers or bankers. This is odd no?

I probably shouldn't be the one answering this as I do not consider myself as a believer in regard with this subject, but I am going to have a go at it anyway.

The theory of the existence of Nibiru comes from the translations of the Sumerian cuneiform tablets found in the library of Ashurbanipal in Nineveh.
The first attempts at translating the tablets resulted in them being regarded as myth and subsequently stored (buried) and forgotten. The translations we currently have were conducted by Zecharia Sitchin, Immanuel Velikovsky and Laurence Gardner, with some variations from one another.
What makes this subject so intriguing is that the Sumerian civilization, which is supposed to have existed between about 6500 to 5000 years ago, had detailed knowledge of the structure of our solar system, including the existence of Pluto which we only discovered in 1930.

When the establishment rushes to label something as myth, in my mind it means that in all likelihood there is more truth in it than in what we now refer to as history.

Astral projection is the separation of the energetic self from the material body. Its only difference from what we refer to as death, is that one maintains a connection with the body and can thus return to it.
Fear and astral projections are not a good mix, as in that realm (I consider it to be the 4th dimension) thought (will) manifests.
Through lucid dreaming one practices how to guide the out of body experience. As an example, the lowly vibration of fear can be raised by consciously focusing on love.

Does the chant OAEIO, repeated continuously in a deep voice, with ever increasing frequency sound familiar?
