Agree with you easy peasy!I would stock up on all of the above essentials. Would stock the flat board it up then leave. Then I would aquire a boat take a fisherman with us sail on until hopefully we can return back to land.

Yes, the best thing for me to do, is to buy camping stove, camping gas, food such as hot cans, tins, dried stuff also get powdered milk!. I would also get a decent tent, rucksack and if you have a place of safety such as a flat that's above ground level get a superser with a couple of tanks of gas for it, or just stock up and steal a boat!

I'm really into a few shows at the moment dealing with post apocalyptic themes (Revolution & Walking Dead). It's got me thinking about prepping for a worst case scenario. I've even started thinking about best places to retreat to, and non standard places to get supplies from should the worst happen. Any of you guys got anything already in place?

No not a survival, one thing these preppers have in common is they have money to store food/equipment, so your normal man/women on street have not that type of finance.

another thing if the economy went belly up tomorrow forget the people who have millions in a bank account, the best people to know are the gangstas.

Not as a full explanation of the event. I don't believe that Michael Adebolajo (the one who gives the speech on camera) was/is mind controlled I think he is M15 paid personnel. His release from justice in Kenya aided by the British Embassy, adds weight to the idea.

lets look at the reasons why it was allowed to happen (in my opinion it was definitely allowed to happen)

only thing that stands out is civil unrest, maybe they wanted riots all over the uk, race wars, I know from my facebook account and twitter the people wanted action "a eye for a eye" vengeance/justice and apart from a few edl clowns marching in london that night nothing more happened, another reason I think it was to cause riots was the burning of a mosque a few days later, thankfully nothing more happened,

so to me the message is clear lee rigby was a sacrificial lamb to start something bigger, it failed so what next?use innocent women and children as the next lamb to the slaughter?

the artificial sweetner Aspartame has been linked to M. E. it is a very dangerous chemical. when folk stop drinking it they find there symptoms of M. E. are greatlt reduced.

I have noticed the increased use of the word racism from polluted-stream media. This could only mean they are trying to divide the people once again and cause an internal conflict. Undoubtedly this would serve the establishments interests well, as people all over the planet are rising in awareness at an exponential rate.
Being proud of ones history, achievements and civilization is not racism. Racism is wanting to impose that perceived greatness on everyone else.

Explain the wife of the murdered soldier, explain the father and the mother if the murdered soldier then. Are these people 'actors' bcoz if u suggest that they are then they should be up for oscars. Utterly selfish to try and say that this horrendous crime never happened. And to the poster saying it was brought about to 'stir' racial hatred and anti Islam thought. Surely if they wanted that to happen then there wouldn't be a media 'blackout' of this crime, it would be getting reported on every night would it not?

Good question, and it's the same question as 'why is the all-seeing-eye displayed on the US one dollar bill?' Indeed it's the same question as 'why do they show it at all?'
Maybe you look and you see the BBC, ITV, CH4, S*Y, The Sun the Daily Mail etc. as different factions, when in reality they are all the same thing. pea

Two people have been charged and are held on remand. Both have been named. They have both also been accused of attempted murder/conspiracy to murder a police officer. These people chose to change they're names/identity. Why?.
