Ed or anyone would it be possible to challenge taxation etc legally or would the legal system back up the taxation even if you managed to prove that the laws were not legitimate and have no true source

Freaky stuff, I read that before. I watched a documentary a while ago, can't remember the name, but an ex presidential bodyguard was on saying that under no circumstances would they break ranks. They are under strict orders to stay in their positions during a motorcade and he couldn't understand the way the guys moved, only saying they looked as if they moved to make a clearing for the shots to be taken. His face was blacked out and voice was distorted as he didn't want to be recognised, seemed genuine to me.

I still don't think that they faked this, I am sure the Russians would have exposed any fake.

The new Kim is just asserting himself as a strong leader and maintaining the illusion of a militarily strong nation. this isn't to intimidate the US or South Korea, the one thing above all else that the North fears is losing control of its people; the illusion must not be shattered. This will blow over soon enough and business as usual will prevail. the latest UN sanctions are quite paltry, that China approved them makes this clear.

Wow. I too come from a mining family. The pit closest to us where my father, an uncle and his son worked is to close later this year. Anyone on this site who lives in the West Midlands willknow which 1 I mean. I dimmly remember '84 as I was due to go to school that year and remember lots of people being angry and loads of police all over town hunting down striking miners. What Thatcher did was persue a policy to destroy wholesale a British industry and the lives of its workers. And the knock on effects that had. If anyone wants to see anything about these events the film Brassed Off portrays this very well, and is one of the finest British films ever made. But then it has good solid actors like the late great Pete Postlethwaite in it. I know its a bit off the original topic but then who was behind Thatcher?

I come from a mining family so I know too well what that evil old cow who's name I won't mention did. She destroyed the working class. that's what I mean about them selling out. Where was the support for the miners? No the better off working class were too busy buying their council homes and trying to be middle class. I know some people have no option but benefits. But that's not an accident. Its the next part of the conspiracy against the working class. It was deliberate, done to keep people down, threaten them with the removal of benefits if they didn't behave. Remember most of the benefits claimants in the 80's were ex pitmen and other heavy industries. Today its just easier to throw good honest people onto the scrap heap. Not to say that some people aren't happy to just milk the system. But again its deliberate. The further erosion of working class values as an underclass was created. The next phase was to import a slave class from abroad who'd be willing to work for peanuts doing the rubbish jobs. All the time further destroying the true working class. How many times have you seen people complaining they can't get work as they have been undercut by cheaper foreign workers? To my eternal shame the Labour party went along with this, aided it and implemented it. The party created by the workers shafted the workers. It has been deliberate government policy since at least the 80's no matter what party is in power to destroy the working class as they fear us. They've turned the better off into docile drones on the 9 to 5 placated with houses, cars and holidays now ruined by the attempt to keep up with the Jones' and they've turned the less better off into living dependent on the kindness of the state. The working class revolting? The working class doesn't exist anymore. Job done thanks to that evil woman and the sell out Tory plant Bliar. {Ed001's Note - brilliant post.}

You may also find that one of the so called assasins (im almost sure its Lincolns ) was related to a certain person called Tony Booth, whos daughter is married to a certain person called Anthony Blair! Ring any bells gentlemen?

Yeah seen that a few years ago, uncanny coincidences in fact freakish as for the bodyguards I watched a documentary on the history channel last year with the only interviews with the bodyguards and they deny it all, they said jfk often told them to move away so the crowd could get a better glimpse of them, they seemed genuine enough but what do I know? one of the bodyguards hit the bottle bad after jfk got shot, in my opinion they got told what to do.
