After 14 days, they are defined as 'vaccinated'. The reason for this is because within 14 days of taking a Covid injection, you're more likely to have an immediate adverse reaction/death than after the 14 days.
In theory people who have never taken a Covid injection should be defined in their world as 'non vaccinated'?

Anyway, she is on a certain well known network, she didn't turn of the alert, and yet she didn't receive it. In one of the MS newspapers online, it mentioned that a lot of people on this particular network didn't receive it. Wonder why? Overload?
