Check your rental agreement for any small print but I would be amazed if they've foreseen these plans and included them. If you have smoke alarms, you're covered and you don't consent to the additional work. Fingers crossed for you.🤞

28 Sep 2022 21:40:06 Good day fellow posters or casual readers. Not sure if it's at all relevant but felt an overwhelming desire to share nevertheless. I'm the wrong side of 55. I have a 19yr old daughter. I live in the city of Liverpool. All kind of boring I guess but we all have the same thing in common. We all have a deep set belief that all is not as it seems. That perhaps we've been deceived, even lied to. All I'm trying to convey is, trust in your gut reaction. Importantly, never unconditionally trust an expert or authority, ever. Throughout my tender years, I've learned, they do not give a flying feck about you. To finish, live long and prosper.👍
28 Sep 2022 20:42:19 Personally, I cancelled my direct debit. They were taking £250/ month in April/May. 2 bed flat and live on my own. I'm now paying bill to bill. If they take the piss, I will pay towards the bill but not the full amount. My understanding is, if you pay something, they haven't got a leg to stand on.👍

Fascinating in parts but Richard's body language seemed to indicate his guest was 'doing his head in'. They seemed to clash or were trying to compete with their knowledge.

Modern life is just a series of distractions. To stop you finding God? Not sure but definitely to stop you finding inner peace, happiness and health.
