ED wonder if you can help. I have recently been issued a parking ticket. But I was never given a parking ticket on my window screen at the time. This ticket arrive in the post yesterday, and claims that the incident took place on the 09/11/15. Which is 27 days ago, looking on he net I believe that a company only has 15 days to send a letter in the post (Schedule 4 of the POFA Act 2012)

The letter also has the incorrect spelling of the location where the car was parked.

This car park before used to allow free parking for up to 1 hour, but now has a small sgin saying permit holders only. There are a privet company, and request that I pay them £60 or after 14 days will be £100.

Can you recommend how I can appeal this fine, given no information is given on the letter sent how I should do this.

Thanks.

HI,

Long time reader of this site and others. I am interested to hear what the Ed and others think about the NWO.

I understand that Ed033 believes there are 2 groups fighting for control, and wish to implement their ideas. My questions is why has it taken them so long to do so.

As the human population continues to grown past 7 billion, would it not have been easier to gain control years ago when the population was less and easy to manage?

I enjoy to read as much information on different subjects, and in the past read ATS (above top secret) and GLP (Godlikeproductions), but these sites seem to have a lot of shills and time wasters on them. Can anyone recommended any other sites which offer reputable information and news.

Thanks
