A bit strange this Canibal homeless man who has been found eating some girl's face. Apparently high on drugs. I still remember the incident in miami a year or 2 ago also "high" on drugs (bath salts) or something like that if anyone has heard of it?
Again, a man eating someone else's face. They were both homeless but that's not the point. Could it be that there are drugs out there now making people potentially primally aggressive and in some cases doing something like this?
I've heard of pcp having a similar affect, just google pcp stories, that's some messed up reading,
