The latest addition to the human cull has been introduced by Gates in the form of a 16 year remotely triggered implanted chip.
{Ed033's Note - As Bill Gates and his wife's full time job appears to be to find ways to lower the population of Earth without telling everyone that is the goal, they are going to come up with this kind of stuff. To pay for this 'research' people like Warren Buffett are told to give money to the Gates' foundation. Buffett was told to give them around 30 billion (over a period of time) to keep them going.
i think the reason why people like Warren Buffett are told to give money is because the money they make comes from being given perfect inside information, such as which company is just about to be given the next huge government contract and therefore the money is seen as not their money by the 'controllers'. Anyone can make billions with perfect inside information.

i have always had the opinion that the real power is unseen or unheard of. rothchilds/rockafellers are very very powerful no doubt but I reckon there is someone behind them like buffet/gates.

{Ed033's Note - There is a youtube clip of david rockefeller being interviewed and rockefeller's handler tells the interviewer at the start that he doesn't want him asking about the iraq war. To me this suggests that the rockefellers are no higher up than the top politicians who also have handlers. Bill Gates is surely no higher than david rockefeller.
david rockefeller goes to Bilderberger meetings where they have a number of agendas to discuss that are given to them from an unknown source. They discuss how they are going to handle the agendas/make the agendas manifest in the years to come, outside of the constraints of government legal rules.
IMO, what the rockefellers do for a living themselves is discuss with others how they can get the agendas they have been given from this unknown source, to manifest in the world within a specific time period in the future, at the same time they do deals with others to make money.

Perhaps you're right, but again that could have been planned to make people believe just that, so people start looking/thinking there are others, thus diverting the attention away from themselves, and leaving them to carry out their own agenda. I just can't imagine a powerful and ruthless man such as David Rockafeller being controlled by anyone. My guess is that video was a psy-op to make people believe that the "real" power lies elsewhere, and thus making them feel helpless as you can't defend against an "invisible" enemy. Just a theory mind you.
