{Ed032's Note - The picture I am getting is that it is another land grab. There was a smart city conference in January with the plan to turn Maui into a digital smart city. Coincidence?. There has also just been some legislation passed in July where the LE can just take your land if you need 'rezoning'.
The Red Cross are stopping supplies getting into the area and people are having to smuggle necessities by dingy so on the other hand it's just another way to depopulate a few more innocents.
