02 Dec 2022 08:33:46 Thanks for this health information. I wanted to ask, is there a good supplement for all round eye health? i've had a search across the internet, but nothing has really jumped out.
{Ed033's Note - Not advice, but allegedly the no.1 effect of taking C60 Oil is eye improvement. The problem is, it's extremely expensive and in order to have an effect a person might want to take between half ounce to one ounce in one go per day [1 bottle can be 4oz or more]. C60 Oil might improve eyes pretty quickly, so if someone was to buy 2 bottles, then within a week there might be an improvement. A place you could buy it in Uk is thec60company
George Wiseman says he stopped wearing glasses after using the AquaCure AC50 [use code digwithin for 20% off an AC50] after a while (not sure how long it took). If you buy an AC50, then you get some goggles where you can attach a tube to allow HHO into the goggles. Over time, the HHO around the eyes improves the eyes apparently.
There are also certain herbs you can buy such as Eyebright, Ginkgo Biloba and others that can possibly help as well. There are lots of places to buy herbs.
02 Dec 2022 10:34:10 Thank you Ed033 for this information, i'll check these out today.
{Ed032's Note - I will also add that maybe it would be good to research DMSO.
Dr Amandha Vollmer makes an eye tincture (drops) that she sells along with various other DMSO products. (search 'Amandha' it will be the third video down. All 3 videos are on DMSO)
I will state that DMSO eye drops will hurt/sting but is said to restore 20/20 vision. I haven't tried this protocol (eyes) myself although I am using DMSO in other ways.
I just wanted you to have all available information and then you can decide the best course of action for you. All the best, KDIRJB.👍
03 Dec 2022 17:52:51 Best way to look after your eyes is to maintain or improve general health and eating habits as once you do this then your body will have the necessary means to rebuild and repair any damage. If you want to concentrate/do additional support for your eyes then vitamin C (naturally sourced not manufactured ascorbic acid) vitamin A and the herb Rosemary. These will be of benefit to you.
{Ed032's Note - Hey , Tj70. Was hoping you'd throw in your knowledge, Thank you.
If you haven't noticed, I am compiling a comprehensive list of all the good things to possibly add to one's diet, on the health page. If there is anything you want to suggest to it to benefit those who haven't researched or thought about (As you know, the LE train free thinking out of people through 'skooling'), please add you knowledge.
*I will be adding things I know you will suggest as I have listened to your insights before but I want to make it thorough and not miss anything.
Yes, your list is a great idea, I'll have a good look tomorrow and see if I can suggest anything you may have missed. (can't imagine you've missed very much!)
{Ed032's Note - There are a few things I need to add which I know you will mention as I have spoken to you before about these things. It would be good to get your opinion though, Tj70.
Thank you very much for the donation, mate. Really kind of you and muchly appreciated. 👍
01 Dec 2022 21:07:02 Interesting Balenciaga ad campaign. Kanye West who is a bit of a tool is actually trying to speak out now. Is he maybe one who they will "kill yourself?".
{Ed032's Note - Have you watched the latest HelioWave video, Supasub? (search for 'Balenciaga')
I also suggest watching 'The Devil is in the Details: Contracts with Death' on the 4th page now. (search for 'Devil')
30 Nov 2022 22:57:15 Hi An earlier poster talked about grounding and pain relief.
Another way to rid body pain is a keto diet. I lost 7kg in 5 days and within weeks I had no more back pain or leg pain.
If i feel the sniffles coming on or i have tooth ache/head ache, i eat some cheese and take a glass of water containing some tumeric and pepper. Tumeric is great for pain but needs the pepper and cheese to maximise the bioavailability (absorption)of the tumeric.
Cheers
PS IMHO ear wax is a indicator of body toxification. In spring and autumnn self clenses itself to change for different metabolic season upcoming to maximise internal fuel efficency. Trees and plants do the same via losing their leaves.
{Ed032's Note - Great to hear you lost some weight and it eased your back and leg pain, bankingonacrisis. I wouldn't say it was down to 'keto', though. IMO I would say the weight loss took internal pressure of your spine and nerves which let things work and move properly an you also are lighter which is even less pressure.
I don't like the word 'diet'. They can work but they are usually fads and temporary results. I am not sure I would trust keto, though I know a lot do. I wouldn't recommend it myself, though.
Too lose weight you need a calorie deficit. Consume less calories than you burn. You want this to be around 200 calories less per day. Aiming to lose 1kg, maybe up to 2kg, a week. The first week weight will come of easily but this is usually from water loss.
Exercise gets you fit. It doesn't make you lose weight. It will appear that way because you are in a calorie deficit. A lot of people , when the start to exercise, feel more hungry than usual and eat more so there is no calorie deficit and they don't lose weight. There is also the factor that you would gain more muscle which has more mass than fat. You may appear 'thinner' but you weigh the same.
Yes, the turmeric/pepper combo is a good shout, mate. Turmeric is a great anti-inflammatory and like you say, pepper helps absorption. Not sure about the cheese though, but that's not saying you are wrong. However, dairy is inflammatory.
I have a couple of questions I like Fomenko's work and read a lot on stolenhistory.net. Seeing that all history appears to be a lie, do you think that the Romonovs (maybe the real leaders of Italy) faked their own assination before either relocation to Nice or America? I read that a boat was ready to take them from Russia but they never made it to safety. Just another lie like Hitler. I believe it was staged to allow the communists an easy victory and facilitate the first test of our communist enslaved future.
2/Did George Michael fake his own death? I find it extremely unlikely that his sister would die on the same day?
Thanks
{Ed032's Note - Interesting questions and points, bankingonacrisis. Sadly, I don't have the answers for you. Maybe someone else has some thoughts on this?
History is difficult to figure out. It took a long time for Anatoly T. Fomenko to compile his work and studies on chronology. I have the first volume of the series; History: Fiction or Science?. It interests me greatly but it would take me an age to go through all of his work and understand fully. My time is split between too many other thought avenues to be able to cope with it all.
30 Nov 2022 22:31:32 Eds, I check this site irregularly but i notice after about 7 pages the content starts to repeat. Do you cut off old posts past a certain period?
{Ed032's Note - Yes, bankingonacrisis, it does start to repeat the content after about page 7. Not many people venture past the 2nd/3rd pages and I believe it will take a considerable amount of time to adjust the sites code to change this. That is a speculation though but my best answer.
None of the sites content is lost and can be accessed via the search function. one word searches yield the best results
