Sorry I didn't give a more responsive reply, KDIRJB. I just feel like the supposed people alleged here, are all a part of the same club and as much as this guy knows, he is either; very clever at putting on a show, or, has no idea about what is 'actually' going on.
Now, this is just my opinion and I doubt any soul will dissuade me otherwise. I have just seen too much to have any faith in any of the current 'systems' currently in place as they are all controlled by the very satanic, elite few.

My personal view when I think about all that is going on, is that, from deep down, everything will work out in a positive way for all - i.e, all these criminal's and their assoiates being fully exposed and one way or another be brought to justice. This downward spiral has to stop/end at some point and hopefully, that'll be in our life time.

I want to state that Africa is an amazing country. Never had the luck to visit although I once had the opportunity to climb Mt Kilimanjaro, though I could not afford the cost of equipment. It was for charity, so shame I couldn't go.

I've a horrible feeling there's something imminent and I can't put my finger on it, all this talk of an asteroid hitting us in a few years and "peace talks" in the Ukraine makes me wonder what we are REALLY being distracted from.

There is always 'an asteroid' that's going to hit us, but never does and there is always ' a war' heading us into WW3. The goal posts always move, the same as they do with the dates being changed to when we are 'going back' to the Moon, even though no one has ever been there. I have given up trying to wake souls up. They clearly all choose to drink the cool-aid, so they are free to that choice. All I can do is prepare myself to know how to keep myself alive if and when the proverbial hits the fan. I buy books and natural living and how to be at one with the Realm we live in and how to look after everything. Stock up on heirloom seeds and know how to grow them, so my pantry will always be full enough to share with those that need me if ever I am asked for help. Learn to read the sky/stars, our natural calendar. Get back to the roots of what it is to be human, the Creator will always have your back.

I will be starting the running site again very soon. I have your post from over a year ago, on my edit page requesting some advice. I apologise for not posting but I have been through quite a s*** storm and I am building myself back up from that. I would have got to it a week or so ago but I got bitten by a false widow spider on my neck and it really screwed me up. Just starting to feel a little better from it. Think it is the most ill I have ever been and must have been pretty close to getting sepsis, if I didn't actually have it. Scary stuff. Anyway, I want to get consistant with my running again, so I would be happy to have you join me in that journey. I know it will be tough but nothing worthwhile is ever not that way.

Thanks for the reply Ed, can’t say I disagree with anything you’ve said. I do honestly think Musk is by far the most dangerous “person” on earth, he’s rotten to the core. I remember during Convid that I mentioned to my mum that Bill Gates wasn’t all he seemed, took her a few years to join the dots, so I’ve “saved” one other, pity we’ve had the jabs, but that’s another story. I said that to anyone that would listen, that this magical disease that could tell the time and knew your location, just so happened to require 14 days isolation. Going back to the 80’s and possibly further, what was the time needed to isolate in case of a nuclear strike? You guessed it, 14 whole days. I’m convinced convid was a test run for something further down the line.
I’ve not been able to run either and hopefully from what you’ve been through, you’re starting to get back to full health. Mine was and still is psychological and predominately breathing related, nothing to do with the aforementioned jabs, simply low iron, that took 8 seperate blood tests to identify, I’ll stop the rant there for now…

With regards to breathing and finding it difficult whilst running. It is like that for everyone, especially when you first start out. It is also very scary to feel like you are unable to catch your breath, and that is completely understandable. You will learn to cope with it, you just have to be consistent with your running. It is never and will never be easy but keep doing it and things will become better.
I'll give a heads up on here once I am back up on the running site to go over things there. Happy to help out where I can with whatever, even if it is just lending an ear to chat with.
There is a easy test to show you what is a good example of what is needed, mentally, whilst running:
Take a few long deep slow breaths and then exhale through the nose so no more airs is in then lungs. Once this is done hold your breath. The idea is to teach your brain it is OK to not have anymore air until you can count to 20 seconds. It is very tough to do and if you make it past 10 seconds you are doing well. Your bodies natural reaction is to take a breath when you are actively trying not to do this. If you can train yourself to do this, running will appear to become much easier for you.
There are some protocols that maybe you would want to do your own research into, for people that have had injections of things they wished that they didn't.
It is possible for these things to be highlight to you, if that is something you wish to look into?

My dear, late mother had a B12 deficiency and had to have injections every few months. I sadly was not as awake as I am now, back then. I managed to learn a few things to get her off of the diabetes pills though. Much to the shock of her GP! And that is nothing against them. They are just trained to learn a defunct system that is basically built on making money from souls that become ill. Such satanic systems put in place to make money, one that makes more money when souls never heal. 😔

Here is some food for thought:
I heard someone speaking about this, they are really not relevant, but the subject spoken seems to be as it has bounced around my mind for several weeks now.
If the 'core' of the Earth is alleged to be 5000C, The 'mantle' 3500C and the base of the 'crust' 1000C, Then why is the deepest parts of the oceans the coldest part?
I mean, if you use logical thinking, that makes no sense, right? or wrong?
It makes sense that the surface is hotter as the Sun shines down on it, and the deeper you go, it cools down. But, if you get closer to a heat source it makes sense that the temperature would increase?
If you have a pot on the stove. It is the water or liquid at the bottom that heats first. If you had a heat source above then the top and bottom would be warmer than the middle.
This is not the case with our oceans. I will say allegedly as there is no F-ing way I would get in a tin box and go and find out so I guess this is all conjecture on 'what we are told to believe'. I am just using common sense.
Once again the panto we are fed doesn't make any sense.
I welcome anyone putting me 'correct' on this but I assure you that feeding me mainstream BS will not work.
Now the person that spoke about this said that if the oceans are colder the deeper you go, then what is below the surface of the Earth would be ice. So would this mean it is possible to have ice volcanos? This could perhaps link in with periodic ice ages we have in this Realm we live in?

I will just quickly add that I am aware of 'heat vents' where all manner of creatures live in toxicity and incredible heat (relevant to us anyhow) But I am a keen gardener and anyone of you that is the same knows how hot a relatively small compost heat can get. This is how it 'composts'.
Now imagine if the Earth was an ancient mining site and heaps of spoil was piled up. How hot would that get? I think the best possible example of this is Mount Fuji. If billions of tons of compounds were piled up on top of each other, it would not be surprising for the inner realms of this to melt. Heat rises. Viola, you have what is called a volcano. There are instances of large compost heaps catching fire. Make a mountainous version and there you go.
Anyway. Just exercises the grey cells. That is what separates me from the sheep.

Without stating something that sounds stupid but might be more common sense in theory. If there were a hole at say either pole (as potentially seen in images) then they could have ice (or whatever is the most extreme cold matter coming from them) hence ice 7 snow at either pole that warms as it moves away?
Be good to know what Buzz Aldrin thinks he saw/witnessed?
{Ed032's Note - I have never seen proof of any curvature of our Realm, that isn't NASA cartoons, so to my mind there is only one true pole, being North, and every direction from it is South. I have also seen alleged Russian footage taken from a plane showing the North pole appearing to be some sort of chaotic, swirling vortex. If this is real then it would seem that there is a hole in the North. This would also tie in with the old scriptures that state that the oceans ebb and flow from this, thus causing the tides. There could also be ice and snow being ejected from this hole so that would make you correct to a degree, Supasub. As for what happens to the area far South, I do not know, but the fact of having a treaty stopping people freely exploring these regions, it is impossible to find out. People have alleged to find 'sky ice' in the South. Is this part of the dome/firmament? and is this a cold substance that causes snow and ice? Is this something like a new state of water that we do not know about?
Can you elaborate to what you are referring to with regards to Buzz?

Buzz Aldrin posted the tweet "We are all in danger. It is evil itself." with a photo of a pyramid in Antarctica, and then it was deleted soon after.
I think this was a few years ago 2016ish on a trip to the South Pole. He had a heart attack almost straight after which "scientists" attributed to altitude sickness along with claims the tweet was fake.

I didn't read it all but also something along the lines of quoted "we saw things we shouldn't have seen".
Why would someone hack his account to post this? I'm guessing the one and only time someone would have done this as there probably isn't much else odd posted on his account, (but then I don't follow anything or anyone as I'm not on social media)) if there wasn't more to this?
I would like (or not like) to know what would be classed as evil itself/the faces of evil? I can only think of devil, demon, solid ancient artifact etc.

Buzz, over the years, has clearly shown his hand on the Truth of things. Most of which have been posted on this site. Punching people for asking him to swear on a bible, answering questions from children about the Moon with answers a 'unawake' soul would have never expected, interviews on stage in front of hundreds saying things never were etcetera. He still shills along with the LE nowadays but he doesn't like it. Just watch the speech where he is standing next to Trumpty the numpty talk about Spaceforce' and look at the expressions on his face. He is so uncomfortable.
I've not mention it on here to my recall, but I think MK techniques were to some extent used on all the astro-nots. They have had their minds messed with and, maybe, over time things wear off? You are familiar I am sure with things like epiphany moments? An overwhelming flash of insight that overrules everything you previously believed. I think this has happened to Buzz in some way. This is speculation though, at least on my account.
You do have to wonder why these LE club members go to extreme locations that no salt of the Earth soul would be invited too (or probably want to go as for the general environment of them) Purely because the Truth would become common knowledge. I have no idea what actually exists in the parts of the Realm that are beyond the 60th parallel, but I am willing to bet the Truth is stranger than fiction.
What is evil itself? Something that has no soul, heart or love. Something that is cold and empty of any spirit and something that wants to put eternal hurt and harm on to things that hold all of the aforementioned as apart of themselves. How you picture this is subjective. All of the names of the little horn would be valid examples.
