I'm fairly confident we have discussed this before, and once again, fairly confident you had given me some information to send to an power company informing them of our right of refusal for having such a meter installed. Any chance you can dig that up? Would be greatly appreciated as always

In other parts of The Commonwealth and USA, you can copy and paste the actual notice (make small changes if you like), print it out and send it to your power supplier. I personally would replace the term, 'Smart' Meter with digital meter in their notice.

Ed if a smart meter is already installed, can you have it removed? Just in in the process of taking over a small business and I'm guessing they've already got one there. I had 3 shops that had them installed a few years back and the way sse went about it was as if I didn't have a choice. I wish I knew back then. Funny thing is that they would overcharge me based on estimates, I'd give them a "favourable" reading then they'd tell me what I had used anyway ffs.

{Ed033's Note - If you're the equitable owner of the property, then unless there is something in the contract/deeds/covenant about the meter, then you can have it removed.

The problem we all have is the power companies saying you've stolen power from them when you changed the meter or that the new meter is not installed correctly so you're stealing power from them or the meter you've installed does not 'measure' the power consumption correctly so you're stealing power from them.

So it's important to video the meter reading before. Video the whole removal and new installation and video the meter reading after installation. It's also important to use an approved, qualified person to carry out the removal/installation. It's also important to install an approved meter.

Afterwards, send the video on disc to the supplier with a notice telling them they have 7 calendar days to get back to you with any meter reading/installation issues otherwise they are in agreement that the meter reading and installation are all correct.

Very saddened to hear that Michael Ruppert has apparently taken his own life. I'm a big fan of this guy, he was a fantastic investigative journalist. He will be badly missed.

He used to work a narcotics cop for the LAPD and when he found evidence that the CIA was involved in drug trafficking he got the sack.

Here is a video where he discusses amongst other things, 9/11, Osama Bin Laden, Iraq, and pulls absolutely no punches.

Evening all. I was wondering what your different opinions are on MH370's disappearance? I believe that the pings detected were deliberatly set so close to the time the black box batteries were to run out as a means of trying to convince people that the plane had crashed into the ocean but so close to the time the batteries would run out that they could say they don't know where in the ocean the plane is and it will never be found. I don't believe the plane actually did crash in the ocean. I have been looking up on this subject a lot and came across an interesting piece on a guy called Philip Wood who posted on a forum. he claimed he was on the flight and was an IBM engineer and was being held in a cell by an unknown military. He claims he hid his iphone 5 in his 'ass' and that he had been drugged and seperated from the rest of the passengers. The interesting thing is that he also uploaded a blank photo with the post. The manifest for flight MH370 had a Philip wood from America on the flight and indeed Philip Woods family confirmed he was on the flight. The photo his phone uploaded was also analysed and the coordinates it sent the photo from was found to be Diego Garcia. Now I'm not saying this is true but I do think there is an awful lot more to this story and indeed the possibility exists that it could be true. just wondering if any of you have any more theories or interesting pieces of evidence regarding it. Sorry for the long post.

I saw an article about Philip Wood too. I think it's a hoax, but if it's not he is a dead man. Why would you take a photo and not send a text or make a call?

I do agree with you about the black box. A couple of other things that bother me about this is that Rolls Royce have very little to say about the engine GPS, and very quickly after the plane disappeared, the mainstream media were reporting that the aircraft banked left 90 degrees and descended to 25000'. If the transponder was turned off they would have no way of knowing the altitude. Ed033 has said before that mixing real info with disinfo is a good indicator of a false flag.

I listened to a very good interview on this subject on youtube earlier. If I can find it again I'll post it.

Like you I'm fascinated by this story PmacC.

These type of incedents tend to take time to unravel, no doubt this is not normal and you are going to get a lot of disinfo agents out there putting theories about but let's just say important people really know what has happened to that plane.

Software at Fort Meade scans texts and calls for keywords and records them. There's nothing to scan for on photos. This is supposition but a reasonable I think. There could be software that isolates calls or text based on certain words and either diverts it or deletes it. Or maybe the passengers phones capabilities for calls and texts were blocked. I'm not that technical but this guy was and knew this so the only way he could communicate was by sending a photo to show he was alive. Does that make sense?

It is a mystery. I still think the passengers were gassed so they wouldn't notice the course alteration, but you'd still need to knock out the phones. I'm only guessing and input from any technocrats would be helpful.

Something doesn't sit right with the news were being fed about the recent turmoil in Ukraine. I'm just wondering after what Franky & Ed were picking up on the other week if these "militants" could be plants to stir up trouble & getting people too notice & build up more hate towards Russia? Although The guys pictured do look like Russian Soldiers I could be way wrong & it may be a Show of Power from Putin. Its clearly getting made out in the MS that something bigs Coming between the East & the West the way there giving it too us is what bugs me & raises further questions.

Look at the earlier story about Russian planes buzzing US navy ships in the black sea.

I'm not sure why people make this out to be some big Yankee plot to destabilise Ukraine and sending in ringers when Kiev is already pro west anyway. The more logical and simpler explanation is irmts Moscow trying to split Ukraine and gain the pro Russian areas.

Sorry guys been busy for a week plus Hillsborough today, about your question about hired hands to cause trouble, it happens from the east and the west, like I have said many times before, there are no good guys.

kim people are rightly skeptical about western motives when they question other countries motives, its like groundhog day, the sad thing about nato/usa is when there is a genuine uprising which turns to genocide /war they are observing like Rwanda or Zimbabwe, why is that? maybe its because there is nothing that is beneficial for them to go in unlike the middle east/Ukraine and now in Venezuela.

Franky there is no gain for the Americans in splitting Ukraine in two. The new regime in Kiev os pro west and wants to join the European union, under those circumstances the west gains and Russia loses.

Russia has the most to gain by splitting it in two and annexing the eastern half which is why the west is getting twitchy.

i know the Americans get up to similar shenanigans just look at Libya and Syria, but it isn't always the Americans, there are two sides as bad as the other.

I promise you this is Russian.

These plans are now underway due to a rise in Russian economic and thus military strength, the weakness of the Americans economically and politically and various other distractions.

There are two groups, the pro American and the pro Russian trying to carve out spheres of interest.

Hey Ryan,
The Great Barrier Reef is going to begin to be dredged in the next couple years, which is beyond comprehension. They have justified it by saying they will only dredge the outskirts and most of the coral is dead anyway. Yet to explain to the public how coral that has been there for a very long time is all of a sudden dying or dead.

The world heritage listed forest being destroyed is in Tasmania, on of our most scenic and beautiful states. They have approached UNESCO and proposed to decrease boundary of World Heritage Listing by 74,000 hectares. Truly ridiculous. All done by a party that's been in power less then a year and didn't mention either issue during campaign. Sure you've also heard of the Great White shark cull that's happening daily now, and will continue for 3 years, despite huge opposition.

Terrible terrible things you speak off, things need to be challenged now because your great grand kids will be living in a cesspit, melbourne if I was you mate I would find out any sites that are appealing this, petitions for example, if enough people say" no that's wrong "they have to listen, a prime example is today in my city, 96 families never accepted no and thousands and thousands followed suit until they had to listen, for example I would find like minded aussies and share information on social network sites, start petitions, spread the word, do not accept no, get it trending worldwide, hell send me something to sign and I will pass it on, if you need any help let me know mate.

That just beggars belief Mel. I had the privilege of swimming in the reef a few years back. The idea that it could be dredged is obscene. So what if some of the coral is dead. It should be left untouched regardless.

And why is a forest in on of the largest countries in the world in sudden need of destruction?

I have to say looking at Australia from a distance, it's a bit worrying to watch the stealthy and steady rise of the right in mainstream politics.

Like Ed033 says all governments are corporations.

And corporations exist only for profit. Which means they don't care about you or me.

I don't really mind if people want to disagree with my posts. Have a look down the page at April 3rd, and you can see someone disagreeing obsessively with a harmless post by KP, and the replies. It's kind of funny, but in a slightly pathetic way.

Zari did touch on this before, and I would say most posters would agree with you. It affords people who do not want to contribute a chance to have an opinion.
I'm sure I'll get a ton of disagrees for this reply lol :)

Haha that's brilliant, I think KP has some sort of obsessive fan as they seem to do it to all her posts, I hope she doesn't mind as you know these Russians can be touchy.

Transcendance looks good from the trailer. However the trailer is supposed to be all the good bits to hook you in, how often have you seen a film, you liked the trailer and 2 hours later you stagger out deafened thinking what was that crap? I got dragged into seeing Wanted by a mate who was going nuts over the trailer, steaming pile of dog turds.

2 interesting news articles I read earlier concerning the USN, firstly a new electro-magnetic railgun they've developed, and then a couple of days later one about using sea water as fuel. Anyone else see these?

Haven't seen about the electro-magnetic railgun but, I did see something a few days ago about using sea water as fuel. I believe they used the sea water to power an RC plane/car (can't remember) as a proof of concept. Hopefully it goes on to be used in a more widespread fashion.
