Hi there, just thought I would give my take on the discussions further down regarding psychics.
I have a friend who's uncle spoke to my girlfriend once at a party who knew things from her childhood that even she had forgotten and gave her specific names if relatives that had passed on!
When I quizzed him about what he'd said he just said he never asked for his gift & wouldn't wish it on his worst enemy.
Also that he couldn't control it & it was a rush of feelings & voices.
I will also say that he had absolutely nothing to gain by this and has never charged anyone that he has given a message to.
After that my girlfriend & I visited various spiritualist churches and things and most of them were utter garbage after you paid the entry fee!
Tbh I could have made this post a lot shorter by saying I think most psychics are con artists but there is a few that are genuine.

Hi franky mate, I've yet to see or hear about a psychic that's not influenced by the financial benefits of such "abilities"
Like the million dollar cheque situation. Why hasn't a psychic came forward, took the blind tests to prove their ability, and then donated the cheque to a charity? I think the answer to that question is simply that anyone who claims to have such abilities, knows that they will never pass the blind test as there are no psychic powers to actually show/prove.


Hi Ryan, I've actually heard this has happened to a few folk. You have to remember that people that practice cold reading, become masters of their craft mate. With your situation, this woman who approached you, could simply have been someone who had started practicing the art of cold reading (it really is a very complex linguistic practice) and merely used you as someone to practice out on? All she really had to do was approach you with a name, and the name she says doesn't need to be the name of someone who has passed away, so whatever name they say, they pretty much can't be wrong, as they'll only mostly use very common names, depending on generation of customer. And for example, chances are, everyone knows someone, somewhere, called john. And once you've put meaning to the name they've approached you with, your pretty much putty in their hands, as you'll be giving them everything they need to confuse you into thinking they are telling you something that they couldn't know.

It would be great if there were people who could actually do the things these con artists claim to do, it would open up a whole knew understanding. But it won't, as it's simply just an illusion of sorts. Like I've said, it's those that prey on the vulnerable that really gets to me!

hi edd this is not a conspiracy related posts so bare with me.

i think it was Micheal who wrote a post about "what can we do to make things better for ourselfs "

right I p----d of with this maria miller fraud, she should be doing time, 50k that's jail time for a normal person, she gets it whittled down to 5k and to boot keeps her job with a 30 second apology, now I am even more p-----d of writing this post, to cut a long story short, we bitch about feeling helpless, well let's do something about it.

i have done a load of online petitions to at the very least make her resign now I find out the tory government have shut down 37 different sites wanting her out which is a effing disgrace, we are supposed to live in a country of free speech and they do something you would associate with china or korea ffs.

listen if your a reader on this site do yourself a favor and email your local mp (i will give you the link) all you need is your postcode then it will give the email of your local mp,

tell them how you feel (no swearing) tell them how angry you are, why is there no anger from the opposition mps towards this? basically tell them you want action.

listen guys in the grand scheme of things this is not massive but trust me, if we allow this to happen they will just keep on taking and god help my kids and your kids in the future.

less bitching more action.

I agree guys some people are so gullible but if you get some sort of satisfaction or closure out of it I suppose it can also be a good thing. I see it as nothing but a sham. They have the exact same problem in the states with Faith Healers some of these guys have made millions & live the high life it would make you sick honestly. There was an interesting Derren Brown program on them too. What about Hypnotists there's definitely a talent too that is just something I can't get my head round.

Hi guys, What's your thoughts on psychics?
I personally believe it's a bogus act, but I know that a lot of people are funny about talking about this, as I've experienced a few times. And I understand that it's hard for people to think hard about and be rationally honest with themselves about the actual possibility of someone speaking to/receiving messages etc. From a passed loved one.

It really angers me to be honest with you, someone taking money from a person who is hurting and is desperate to be told this or that about a lost loved one. Playing with people's deepest feelings, and charging them a pretty penny for the pleasure!

Hi all
Just wondered what you all think of the Oscar pistorius trial?
I've heard that he is being protected & defended by members of the illuminati and that his girlfriend was some sort of sacrifice.
Tbh the illuminati is not something I know a great deal about so any info would be appreciated.
Defiantly seems to be something odd about pistorius and his behaviour during the trail!

Last night I read about a group, FTW (Free The World Organisation) and they have released information on how to build a QEG (Quantum Energy Generator), they have built one in Taiwan, which can produce 10kw output for 1kw input which it produces itself. In essence a free energy machine, all for free might I add. Its great to see that some people are still trying to better humanity. But what about your average person like me? I hate not being able to actually make a difference especially when wise to the evils of the world, its actually quite depressing knowing that our future is in the hands of the people who don't want what's best for us and there isn't a damn thing we can do about it. Do we just live our lives hoping that a truly good person will come into power at some point and try to make things better or is there anything we can actually do to make things better for ourselves?
