not so much a conspiracy as opposed to just what i believe to be a really interesting subject.deja-vu.ive had this a few times recently,the last was so surreal to the point where i knew what someone was about to say,to the very word.whats the take on this (not happening to me!) but just in general? i havent really read much on the matter,just fancied hearing what other peoples take on it is? its an incredibly strange feeling!

cheers guys,
drumlad

I must admit that I get this quite a lot. Sometimes I'm in a situation and it's like I've dreamt the next action or what the person says next. I don't mind telling you, it freaks me out sometimes.

Deja-vu is linked to lucid dreaming. If you get déjà-vu regularly and you can remember most of your dreams, there is a high chance you can lucid dream. Lucid dreaming is being able to take control of and alter your dream after realising that you're actually dreaming.
I've done this a few times but it is hard to do with respect to knowing you're dreaming.

I,m not sure if this is bull... But I remember reading somewhere that Deja Vu is explained like this....
The channels that takes information that u see from ur right eye take longer to get back to the brain than ur left eye!
So its like you are literally seeing something a split second before you see it again!
Think I confused myself a little there! Hope it makes sense!

Just heard on the radio that Gary Mcinnon will not
be extradited to the U.S . Funny enough i'd just
started reading "BLANK SPOTS ON THE MAP"
by Trevor Paglen , a book about America's secret
bases and prisons . I've only just started it but it does
seem like a book that may interest regular posters to this site.

JR

I will keep an eye out for that. Cheers JR

Hey Ed or anyone else..

Is stonehenge the 2 massive stones on the Isle of man ?.. If so i think i can find a video to explain the ''mystery''

Cheers
Irish Red Jr {Ed001's Note - no, Stonehenge is in Wiltshire, and is a world famous stone circle.}

Ok thanks ed. Whats the name of the 1 in Isle of Man ?.. David Icke has a video on youtube explaining what happens/goes on there. It seems very weird what did/does go on up there.

Irish Red Jr {Ed001's Note - there are a few stone groupings, do you mean Mull Hill?}

Today when I woke up I happened to look at my shelves. I noticed that I had left my banana plastic protector on a shelve. As I consemplated about a banana as part of my packed lunch it just randomly fell of the shelf. It had been on there for at least 12 hours how weird.

Also has anyone ever been rained on when there is no surrounding rain this happened twice when I was younger but never since any ideas?

Did any of your mates own a water pistol by any chance ?

I remember one of the weirdest things I witnessed at school was coming out of lesson to rain and walking ten meters forward to blazing sun, there was no rain anywhere else, so weird

No offence LP but why is walking out from underneath a rain-cloud so weird ?

It was a sunny day and rain clouds are usually wider/longer than 10 meters

Hi, Ed and fellow posters

Was having a discussion with a friend last night regarding Clones. Do you think that onece cloning is perfected they could clone People wiht no emotional attatchement etc i.e. does not feel pain no fear etc etc, and use theese "clones" as a future army and then "dispose" or Detain any who Are not needed/ survive?

just looking for peoples thoughts regarding this as the debate last night is currently unsettled.

Cheers

YNWA...Rabbit93 {Ed001's Note - it would be extremely dangerous if they did, having no emotional attachment to your leader would make you prone to ignore them. It is unlikely they would go down that route, they like to control things.}

Think about how the technology will develop in the future, be it near or far. Now picture the scene as mechanics become more biological, be they synthetic or organic; and then know this:
That day is today.
This has already happened.

Just as a general observation ~
Welcome to Earth (don't drink the kool aid).

Agree with Ed, i think they'd breed into them or whatever some sort of fanatical devotion to the leader caste.

Think like the Jem'Hadar on deep Space 9, genetically engineered super soldiers who worshipped the leaders as Gods.

Thats what i more expect to happen, they do like total control.

Just stumbled upon loads of pics of giant nephilim skeletons and was just wondering if any of the eds or regulars know anything about them i.e are they genuine or fake?

I'm also interested in this, these are the folk that had what looked like diving gear and astronaut suits on in the pictures.

Be careful of some, they were to demonstrate Photoshop, and were entered into a competition, weren't they? There are a few that are genuine, but not many.

The dead sea scrolls , the book of Enoch and more importantly the book of giants discuss this topic - might help make your mind up on whether giants existed or not. worth noting that the book of Enoch was removed from the bible as it conflicts with what the vatican / catholic church wanted to control us with

just stumbled across this; never heard of this before but

"Two giant underwater pyramids, made of thick glass, found in the center of the Bermuda Triangle."

I'm not surprised to hear about it but following on from more and more pyramids cropping up around the planet other than the commonly known ones, kinda gets you thinking a little deeper.

It doesnt really matter where the source is, its the stimulating of the mind, questioning what you have been told is the truth etc. further reading on this topic ( not the daily star ) discusses energy beams recorded from pyramids in bosnia and mexico, the "tesla coil" and resonance energy have been mentioned in the same sentences as pyramids, these energy beams represented often as light emitting from the top of the pyramids (illuminati anyone ?) there are reports of pyramids on mars, there's the pyramid mountains at the faroe islands. look and you will find stuff, upto you what you do with it and it doesnt matter where it comes from !

I just wondered if anyone else noticed how quiet the media is regarding the fact that global warming has been pretty much proven as complete myth? I saw a story about it earlier:

http://pjmedia.com/tatler/2012/10/14/oh-dear-british-government-report-says-global-warming-stopped-16-years-ago/

and found it very interesting. I do agree, if there was evidence that global warming existed, we would never hear the end of it!
Ed001

I read something about global warming a few years ago which basically debunked the whole theory. I can't remember the specific scientific details but it seemed like quite a solid argument, and very few people stepped forward to discredit the claims.

Add this to the fact that Thatchers government assembled the International Panel for Climate Change - not to research global warming, but to PROVE it was due to fossil fuels.
She obviously had her ongoing disputes with the coal miners, and was afraid of being held to ransom for gas and oil from the Middle East and Russia.

Her government were huge proponents of a nuclear power program. (Which obviously don't require fossil fuels).

So there we have it.

Man made global warming is a lie, and a multi-billion pound one at that.

We all get taxed more for the cars we drive, flights we take and energy we use in our home. All based on a lie.

I agree about global warming. Sorry slip of the tongue it should be Climate change...see what they did, they said it was global warming, and now is not, its called climate change.
How cme it was hot enough 2000 years go to grow grapes here in the uk.
first it was CFC's, then Acid rain, then CO2 emmissions, i heard that now it could be about water vapour or Methane gases.
its all about TAX nothing else. If they wanted us to reduce te levels then they would reduce tax on "green" items to zero.
Theyve stopped the tax incentive on LPG cars? can u actually buy them now?

To be fair i do agree on not being held to ransom on Russian gas and Arab oil, thats just commone sense.

Ok, to take my mind off the welfare of my cat. I Watched the film "knowing" again last night (well the last 45 minutes or so and most importantly the ending), one of the only Nicholas Cage films maybe worth watching In my opinion. I don't want to spoil the end of the film too much but if the Adam & eve theory has any truth then it would be in my opinion only based on the fact that they "landed" or where "delivered" here rather than spawned from nothing or evolve from something very primitive. The ending is a bit like I think the human race got here....from somewhere else.
What's your opinion ed/anyone else?

Supasub {Ed001's Note - I have to admit, I have not seen the end, I tried watching it once and turned it off after about 25 minutes, so I can't comment on it.}

Ok ed, I know it's been discussed probably plenty of times but how do you think we the human race got here or how do you think we have evolved from something if we hadnt originally arrived from some other planet?
I consider you a clever chap who's seen a lot of clips and discussions as well as some other people on this page.

Supasub {Ed001's Note - that is the big question, it is impossible to say with any certainty, but I will certainly give my opinion. For one, I don't believe the story of Adam and Eve is meant to be taken literally, it is clearly just a moral tale similar to Aesop's Fables. I certainly think the human race has been on the earth a lot longer than conventional history would have us believe. By the same token, I am not convinced that the theory of evolution explains our existence here. I do believe that recent research showing homo sapiens and neanderthal man interbreeding is to an extent an explanation of how we reached the stage we are at now. The question is whether we reached that initial stage with a bit of help, or whether we got there purely through nature. I think modern science, and its interference with the natural process, guides us towards the truth. My belief is that we were guided by more technologically advanced peoples, which is where the original stories of gods came from, into the form homo sapiens. It seems homo sapiens was an aggressive race and was probably the result of the more intelligent, technologically advanced race (which could well have been neanderthal who had a much larger brain capacity than our own) looking to create soldiers to fight its battles. Then some kind of holocaust (possibly nuclear or maybe just natural disasters such as the great flood that all ancient civilizations referred to) destroyed the technological base, leaving people to revert to hunting and gathering and early forms of farming. Obviously I could easily be wrong, there is no way of proving or disproving intelligent design or nature as humankind's creator, but it seems to fit the evidence much better than any other story.}

Thanks ed, where would you put the Sumerians, Mayans, Egyptian pyramids etc amongst it. I know you have opinions on it. I will then have a couple more glasses of vino tinto with my wife before bedtime as she's now giving me the look that tells me I've spent maybe too much time on this page this evening and not giving her enough of my attention!

Supasub {Ed001's Note - personally I would put the Sumerians as the first of the new civilizations following the downfall or whatever you want to call it. The Mayans were another one following it, one that tried to replicate forgotten technology, I think. The Egyptian pyramids and the Sphinx I think belonged to an earlier time, prior to that. Certainly there is evidence that they are much older than we are told. You will have to tell me your theories on it all tomorrow then!}
Agree · 0 · Disagree · 0
Ok will try and get back to you tomorrow on my theory, but one last question. Do you think our origins have hard evidence or has been logged somehow and are known by Governments or other people in charge and kept from us?

Supasub {Ed001's Note - yes. There are always things being kept from us, from the amount of data the govt keeps on you from your activity on social networks, to what they know about pre-history. I unequivocally believe that there are factions out there working to hide the truth about our origins from us. There is a huge industry of people profiting from us not knowing, they would be silly not to be working to block the release of any info. For instance, if we knew the truth about Stonehenge, for instance, the likelihood is that the tourism industry built up around it would dry up over night. A huge part of the allure is the mystery.}

Completely different topic, but got woken up last night including my wife to the sound of an animal screaming in our back garden which quickly got quieter and distant. Didn't really think much of it but haven't seen one of our cats today who is about 18 months old and is always close by. He's a bi at too. Been reading up today and does anyone know if a fox would take a cat, I've heard they have been known to attack at the throat and drag them off, especially in urban areas and with the use of wheelie bins its happening more often because of lack of rubbish to scavenge. Getting a bit worried, if that is what's happened I say bring back fox hunting!

Supasub {Ed001's Note - whereas I would say, thank you to the fox for making sure there is one less cat digging up my garden and crapping all over it!}

That's harsh ed. try telling that to my 6 & 8 year old. I know it's not a conspiracy but from I can tell its been reported of cats being dragged off but so called professionals seem to think its very improbable.

Supasub {Ed001's Note - sorry, but a cat is a killer and is responsible for a lot of damage done to wildlife populations. If you want a cat, it should not be out at night wandering the streets like a wild animal, in my view.}
Agree · 0 · Disagree · 0
In my first post missed a letter out. I meant he's a Big cat.
Still can't believe you said that ed. They've mauled or even killed babies in London didn't they? Is that one less mouth to feed?

Supasub {Ed001's Note - what has that got to do with your cat?}
Agree · 0 · Disagree · 0
Nothing really, just a little worried. I was hoping you'd come out with some fascinating fact about fox's, cats or something which would keep my hopes up. Apology accepted anyway.

Supasub {Ed001's Note - oh ok, no, it would be unusual behaviour for a fox though, they are scavengers in the main. Cats are very capable of fighting them off.}
Agree · 0 · Disagree · 0
Supasub in my area we had one a few months back, his tally was 1 rabbit, half a dozen chickens someone kept in the yard and possibly 1 cat. Then he moved off somewhere else.

A fox would take a cat if there was nothing else on, and the cat was the right size.

I live in a rural area, home to a hunt and foxes are vicious killers, yet these persons down in London think poor fluffy mr fox and interfered in something they didn't understand. Now the fox population is booming and getting bold.

To clarify i didn't agree with hunting with dogs as that is cruel. But a modified hunt, to keep down fox numbers could have been done.

But then thats inner city based Labour policiticans who seem to think that all the countryside is Tory so screw them. Not the peoples jobs that were affected, as hunting provided jobs to a lot of other businesses which ina rural economy need all the income they can get. {Ed001's Note - actually a lot of people against hunting where against it because they were farmers etc in the area and their lands were suffering damage at the hands of the hunts. That was just as much of an issue as anything, most people would agree that a fox needs its numbers kept down, just like any native animal with a lack of native predators will.}
Agree · 0 · Disagree · 0
Anyway ed how's about you think it's highly likely or very unlikely? That a fox will take a very good sized cat.

Supasub {Ed001's Note - it's possible, I would have to say that theft or thugs would be more likely though. People are the worst enemy for pets.}
