Let me explain. let's use a well known Russian Vladimir Ulyanov
Lets say he has 2 children, a boy and a girl and let's call them Mikhail and Natalya.
Now Mikhail's full name would be Mikhail Vladimirovich Ulyanov
But Natalya's would Natalya Vladimirovna Ulyanova

Thanks Zari, really interesting read. I didn't think about the pesticide problem over there, seems to make perfect sense though. I have to question the timing with the olympics taking place in Brazil this summer.

Zari it didn't bother me they are more than entitled to be like that I couldn't care less about them behaving like big girls. I was just making a point that I was supprised at how large the percentage of scots that hate the English are. The hate isn't mutual. In all my life about the worse I have heard said against Scotland or its people is the odd joke about them being tight with money. It's definitely one sided in my opinion . But yes you are correct with your philosophical point on hate

Surely it would be better to educate such people rather than stigmatize their country? After all it appears as though you are falling right into it, reciprocating and thus perpetuating these dividing notions.
People who hate are nescient to begin with as negative emotions which cannot be constructively expressed are self destructive. How about allowing them their justifiable anger and indicating that its the policies and those who design and enact them that they should be angry with? Their fault is that they have wrongly equated said policies to the people.
USA and Israeli citizens are receiving the same treatment so there is plenty of work to be done. If one was to explain to them that they have the same influence as the citizens of every other country, whose central management decides everything without any input from the people, one would be encouraging them to reflect on themselves and find the other in themselves. In other words, by sharing one's own disgruntlement with these policies they enable others to overcome their conditioning by finding solidarity with a falsely purported enemy.
Additionally provide alternatives. Explain to them that the power always resides with we the people and that it is up to all of us to collectively put an end to this irrationality and design the future we want our greatgrandchildren to live in. In doing so one transforms their destructive anger into creative passion.
When one believes that there is an alternative they will not opt for conflict driven by despair. When one learns of, attempts to design and promotes alternatives they lay the path for their manifestation.

There is no documented case of the Zika virus causing microcephaly. First of all thank you so much for the detailed reply Ed. It seems the landlord has had the repairs carried out months ago and is now charging us for it but we had no chance to receive reasonable quotes. There are some ridiculous charges like 2000pound to paint the house and charging for every bed to be replaced even though one of the rooms was unused? I will have more info on where we stand this evening. Appreciate all your help.

Conspiracy itself is one of those derogatory words that describe people who can see through the BS. In a more draconian time gone by you would get sectioned as a paranoid schizophrenic.
