Funny enough I have watched the "devils ride" a reality tv show, I know these type of shows are glamoured up and and can not be taken serious but what I do find interesting is the amount off (unseen connections to high profile people)and the amount of cash involved, in other words its a corporation and with corporations the head honcho is invisible, so your right it does sort of tie in with things we discuss on here.
now edd I will be honest I have been trying to find out more about you, from various sources (who will not speak)and I have even gone thru old posts you have described various things you have done, like I know your from the states, older than me, been married a few times, a chelsea fan, has connections in football and music.
now not to blow my own trumpet I am good at researching things even little things but trying to get any information on you is like trying to find bin laden's ashes.
nothing stalkerish about my interest I just find it interesting the circles you have and still mix in and in some ways I genuinely think you know a lot more conspiracies than most of us.

Cheers edd I don't know enough of this subject to make a conclusive opinion, I will check out those movies and maybe in the future come back with my take.
the hells angels involvement in music is strange, I remember one of beatles (think it was george )said while the beatles were over in the states that lharrison hung out with them and said if you ever come to uk to visit them, well they must have thought hairy bikers are not going to fly across the world, well they did and stayed in the abbey road studios for a few weeks until george had to say they had to go.
i find it strange how they have the money to fly over here and bring there bikes, drifting off the subject but I find that very peculiar.
will also check out the music and maybe see them live if they appeal to me but you do realize even if I go to a gig I still have the 500 yard restraining order against you so I hope they tour in a big venue.

Are you the lawyer in fear and loathing, Ed002? ;) With a back-story like yours you should get into after dinner speaking, I know I'd be interested in some of your tales! With the company you have kept mind I'd be surprised if you can remember half of them.
That incident at Altamont was stomach churning. I always wondered if there was a higher power instructing the hell's angels to act the way they did, though I wouldn't imagine it would take much encouragement.

Franky, was it you that mentioned Laurel Canyon below?
Having done some reading over the weekend into the canyon I can see why there are theories surrounding the movement that occurred there, particularly from 1965 til the early 1970's. The parental links of many of the scene's forerunners to the military/industrial complex and the number of mysterious deaths are difficult to rationalise at face value. Jim Morrison's dad, for instance, was apparently the guy in charge of the fleet of ships that were bombed (or not as it turned out) during the Gulf of Tonkin incident. Many of the leading artists had very similar backgrounds and some had even met in their earlier lives, in military schools etc. Lots of very interesting links!
This website has a number of articles on the subject http://www.davesweb. cnchost.com/
I also found some related videos on this web page http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread861138/pg1
Not sure what to make of it all yet and plenty more reading to be done at my end but it is a subject I find interesting so will plough on with it.

{Ed002's Note - The one thing I missed from the above was the Hell's Angels who were sort of in the "employ" of the Rolling Stones at Altamont and were responsible for the 60s ending. My old mentor, Gonzo got involved with them way before my time and wrote some truths and untruths about them. There is actually a move of the same name about him that you may want to check out. }

Which brings me to my original post, do you think which the musicians who were against many of the reasons you stated, do you think it is possible for hired hands/activists to cause trouble at many of the festivals, hence stopping the cause in its tracks?
Read discussionGreat taste in music Ed I think I'm guna need a session looking back through some if theses old tunes.

Disinfo in alternative media is rife now, you have to be very very sure on what to believe, I tend to stick with people who have been posting this type of stuff for the last 15/20 years. I would say 70/80% alternative news is BS.
Read discussionSimply put Minecraft is online Lego.
You can build whatever you like, houses, cars, boats, etc.
There are some survival elements were you ave to kill zombies, skeletons, etc. but they're only there to add replay elements to the game.
ow pointless would it be if all you did is build and had no challenge?
It's the most fun I've ever had on a game. and this is probably the last thing that I would consider to be a conspiracy or brainwashing.
It doesn't ask you to do anything, or believe anything. you literally make tools, mine and then build out of the things you've mined.
It's lego meets castaway.

Will read more about Altamont, cheers edd.
Read discussionMy 7 year old boy loves it, and he too watches people playing it on YouTube, personally I think it's rotten, and a bit pointless

That is interesting Ed, I don't go for all this celebrity worshipping but Nico is one character I would have liked to have met if I were around. Troubled, I'm sure! Chelsea Girls is one of my favoured albums of the era.

I attempted to play it once got no where it's quite complex, I'd say it's addictive obviously because millions of kids are playing it & it's no where near to the quality of next gen games or even PS3 or Xbox games. I'd say aslong as your kids are not playing it every free minute they have it's ok it is a very difficult game where pretty much anything is possible there is conspiracy linked themes to it like the slender man & Bigfoot in the game why I'm not sure I don't even know how it works but it will definately be getting there minds working whether it's in the right ways I'm unsure.
Just goes to show that coming up with one of these simple games like Flappy Bird or angry birds can make people very rich without the resources of Sony, Microsoft & all these big game producers these simple apps are competing wish I could come up with one myself lol.

Read discussionWell thanks franky for bringing up this subject and thanks ed002 for sharing your experiences, I find it all fascinating having always been a fan of the music of the time. Neil young, the doors, love, Hendrix, nico and the velvet underground etc. Though I had never heard of the conspiracy theory surrounding LC and whether or not there is any truth to it, it will keep me busy reading for the rest of today!
