The way it works for us in this Creation is like this:

The Creator created us (Mankind) and placed some simple Laws on us:
Basically; No physical harm, loss or injury to others of Mankind, no Breach of the Peace.

The Creator can place rules/laws onto us because we are the Creation, it would be extremely silly of us to think that we could place rules/laws onto the Creator. i.e. it can't happen.

And Mankind has created things such as government, statutes, acts, rules, regulations, ordinances etc. So, no creation of Mankind can force anything on us outside of agreement, contract, consent.

In Common law Jurisdictions, such as Britain, Ireland, 'Commonwealth' Countries and America, they recognise the above and this is why we have seen on this site, the 'We Police by Consent' Theresa May video. Police is Policy [Government Policy]. Government Policy, i.e. statutes, acts, rules, regulations, ordinances etc. are given the Force of Law only by our Consent.

Once you know this, then there cannot be any forcing of Masks or Vaccines because it's down to our individual Consent. Each one of us can make the determination that we are mask exempt and vaccine exempt.

The people at the top of the Supermarkets and the Managers of each Supermarket have been told that we can make the determination that we are mask exempt, but the people under the managers and the security guards in the Supermarkets have been lied to with this, No mask, no entry lie.

There is no point trying to explain the above to ignorant people, so we can use Notices / Affidavits / The Equality Act 2010 against these ignorant people until they 'Wake up' to the above. And if/when they 'Wake up' to the above, they won't be trying to force anything onto us anymore.

Trump signing the insurrection act sounds too good to be true. Well for now will just have to treat them as rumours because of the mainstream media. I think they are waiting for the biden to swear in before making it known.

Ed have you or anyone seen the figures for age group deaths in the uk? I would imagine the over 60s would be huge but i would like to see the numbers for all those under 60s figures.

A man was in court a couple of days ago charged with not wearing a face covering at a supermarket and failing to provide his name and address. He has been released on bail until April on the condition he wears a mask whilst shopping. Will be interesting to see how that goes. The man is representing himself.

This could be a very important case. It's the first time a non mask wearing incident has been brought to court here in Ireland. The man claimed religious grounds ie discrimination.

We don't have an equality act here like you do, so it is incredibly difficult even with an exemption card to gain entry anywhere unless you mask up.

We also have an incredibly oppressive Health Act 1947 that purports to give the state huge powers over the people. It makes for very grim reading in parts.

Does anyone know of any similar cases before the courts?

I qualified myself as exempt. They called the Police. I informed the Police of the facts around mask exemption and showed them the exemption I downloaded on my phone. They had a chat with the security Officer and I was free to carry on.

If in U.K. you can buy a Face covering Exemption Card from the Disability Horizons Shop. It's easier to show someone the card than arguing.

Or in U.K. you could print your own Exemption card using the following, for example:

I am exempt from wearing a face covering.
To insist that I disclose why is a breach of Section 29 (5) (a) of The Equality Act 2010.
To deny me entry, and/or service is a breach of Section 13 (1) of The Equality Act 2010.
It is illegal for you to require someone to wear a face covering because itâ€™s classed as an unlicensed practice of medicine.

Article 6 of the Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights: 1. Any preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic medical intervention is only to be carried out with the prior, free and informed consent of the person concerned, based on adequate information. The consent should, where appropriate, be express and may be withdrawn by the person concerned at any time and for any reason without disadvantage or prejudice.

Ed33 what do you make of supermarkets now saying they are refusing enter to all people not wearing masks?
Is this legal, I always remember signs up back in the day saying they had the right to refuse anyone service without reason, does this cover them.

{Ed033's Note - There has to be exceptions / exemptions because food is a necessity for us.

At some point someone is going to have to get written testimony from these Qualified Mask Experts [who have made a qualified determination that we shouldn't be wearing masks]. [3 of them have been linked to on this site] and use that alone or with the Equality Act 2010 in a Court case against a Business [Supermarket] and get a win, and that's the end of any capability of forcing Masks inside any Business.

Ed 33, I'm from northern Ireland and was wondering if you could tell me or know where I could find out what is actually law, restrictions and guidelines.
I have tried my best to find out of the government sites I know of they list them all but not which ones are guidelines, restrictions or law. I'm guessing this is because we'd have to treat them all as if there law as not to get fined even tho most probably do not actually carry a fine.

{Ed033's Note - Part of our original system (Bill of Rights 1689) states that "all grants and promises of fines and forfeitures of particular persons before conviction are illegal and void".

They can't Fine us outside of an agreement/contract before conviction.

Another original rule is that a people's 'Tools of their Trade' cannot be seized, because they need those Tools to make a living. However we have seen recently, video on instagram [linked on this site] that a Tattooist had his 'Tools of the Trade' seized from him under this Covid recommendations.

There is no mask law so how are Police fining people for not wearing masks?

Basically, they don't like the 'Rule of Law' because it constrains them from controlling us, so they have introduced the 'Fictional World' [where anything is possible] and then mind control people using govern (control) ment (latin for mind) and mainstream media so people go along with the 'Fictional World' control.

As far as i'm concerned, people should go about doing their own thing and if they receive a piece of paper that has some meaningless artwork on it that is interpreted as a Fine in the 'Fictional World', then you have two choices:

1. You write back to them using an appropriate administrative process such as conditional acceptance Notice or Affidavit [containing your Fee Schedule if their claim is false].

2. You write back to them clarifying their fictitious use of language using the
David-Wynn: Miller / Russel-Jay: Gould Quantum Grammar system.
