Sly news reporting that michon de reya, a legal firm are demanding a commons vote before article 50 can be activated, they are claiming that constitutionally this has to be the case, they have apparently been put into this by numerous unnamed clients.
More desperation from remainers'would the out voters have gone to all this trouble?
I would hope that parliament would vote brexit through as its what the majority wanted, I would guess that if they didn't then they would be making all politicians unellectable.
It seems to me that the remainersbreally don't understand how democracy works'but then I suppose that's what to expect from the "blind to everyone else but themselves" rabid left.

Jacob Rees-Mogg basically said he has checked with very top lawyers and article 50 will be implemented, like I said before if they backtrack in any shape or form the tory party will split.

I like Rees-Mogg. He's a straight talker. No waffle.

On my understanding parliament does have to vote on it. But more as a rubber stamp. You'd expect them to vote as their constituents have indicated via the referendum.

I now fully expect both parties to break up.
{Ed033's Note - Because it's a legal 'referendum', then legally parliament have to approve it, but the people voting, all voted based on the greater than 50% vote being implemented, therefore parliament have to go with the will of the people.

Yes I watch Blair on a CBS interview
He was wriggling all over and you could see
He is heavily involved in the EU or benifits go to his
American friends and he gains browny points
And also I see another man say there is no chance Blair will be in a type of court
The government need a lesson
Last time it happen properly was so long ago people have lost any sense of pride or people power

Even that Branson was crying and trying to push a second ref
Whilst people like this have money and are around power
We have NO chance of true democracy
We need to stand up be counted in a way they cannot ignore.

Is anyone watching the tripe on Sly News about Brexit? It's doing my head in. It will happen, UK will leave the EU. TB will be brought to justice, as will Bush. I feel there is a change in the world, happening and it's increasing. More people waking up day by day, . MSM are just pandering with their elite friends and making it look like its ww3 because of Brexit. More and more people won't have that anymore.

very interesting 9/11 video only 13 mins long. Kurt Sonnenfeld 911 story

He had unrestricted access to towers 4 and 6 in the immediate aftermath, and he has photos of the vault in tower 4, which was emptied of tonnes of gold bullion.

911 was the biggest heist in history. Where did all that gold go?

If the new prime minister is not from the brexit camp, than what is the point of david Cameron resigning? I am no fan of Michael gove, but surely he has more right to the job than Teresa may as he campaigned for us to leave the eu, also does anyone know what the hold up is as regards to article 50?

I cannot believe that brexit did not have a plan in place should they win, as they did, the government and all the main political parties at the moment are are complete and utter shambles. we get told often enough we have the 5th largest economy, yet as we stand today we are a complete laughing stock, its a disgrace to the electorate. we had democracy, now we need the result of that democracy to take effect a.s.a.p., not when all the mp's have stopped acting like babies.

{Ed033's Note - Some people actually think MPs are mini gods while the people are supposed to think and do exactly as they are told by government. We the people are the masters/mini gods and MPs are our servants.

Remember, MPs under their oath of office are meant to go with what the people in their constituency want and not what they're being told to do by their party or what the MP personally believes, otherwise they are breaking their oath of office, which would be at least Misconduct in Public Office (Up to 25 years in prison)

If we the people have a vote, then it has to be honoured by the MP servants otherwise it really does mean we are the slaves.

What would be the point of having MPs if they aren't going to go along with what the people in their local constituency want? otherwise, we have a Dictatorship / Police State.

What most people don't comprehend is that having the EU dictate to us, means your local MP is then completely redundant and you are thus living in a a Dictatorship / Police State.

well put ed, what I don't like is that brexit are now squelching on their promises already. they campaigned for us to leave the eu, we voted to leave the eu, we leave the eu, not try and cherry pick the parts of the eu we think could be helpful to us.

we leave the eu and we do it as quickly as possible, no arguments, no delays and no excuses. it's this sort of behaviour that puts people off politics in the 1st place, as they don't think it's worth their while.

I agree ed and Kenny
I think the problem are the ones refusing to do as was indicated by the referendum
I'm watching Kim McDonnell now on BBC parliament
Basically say they will block it
If we don't stay part of the free market
Everyone of them are trying to do a u turn
And say different as they normally do
All 17 million of us need to protest.
{Ed033's Note - What MPs (servants of the people) have to get into their heads is that once the people have decided something in a vote, the servant MPs must honour the people's vote. There is no discussion about it, there is no blocking or refusal, MPs must comply with the will of the people, otherwise it is either Misconduct in Public Office or treason.

In theory, if we had an awake population then any MP who didn't comply with the will of the people would go before a grand jury of the people. If this were to happen, MPs would quickly realise who the masters are and who the servants are.

a leaked email or should I say a purposely leaked email suggests johnson was warned by rupert murdoch to stand down even though he would have won their elections, it had nothing to do with gove standing, murdoch had dirt on boris and would have destroyed him.

its prob the same stuff I found out during the podcast, the blackmail alibi for his friend, also the (alleged) affair with Cameron's wife which the pm knew about .

Brexit couldn't of had a plan as they held no power, the Tories are the ones that should of had a contingency for all possibilities. So how they are getting no repercussions due to that is baffling, it may not be the result they wanted but in a 50/ 50 choice. There was no excuse for no back up plan.

They need to reject them GM chickens
There was a place sorry forgot where
But after earthquakes destroyed there home
Monsanto tryed to scam them with GM seeds that would have destroyed there farming land
And in future they would have had no choice but grow GM
And buy the seeds from Monsanto
But at least even they where switched on to the fact
And burned the lot

Is it possible for GM chicken poo can do the same to the ground they grow as the seeds do?
Or is it unlikely.

To me I think this brexit was put in motion
Before
Because Yesterday got my licence back after doing test
And it has a United Kingdom flag on it
No more Europe flag
And
!
My mums passport come in post today
It's blue and says United Kingdom
We both sent off before Europe referendum
?

{Ed002's Note - All UK driving licences state UK on them and all UK passports state UK on them.}
southampton87
02 Jul 2016 15:10:43
No I mean there is no EU flag with uk in it
It is just a great britian flag on my card licence
And it is also different colour
My passport is red and say European Union
My mums one that just come through is blue
And only say united kindom
Not one flag or meantion of EU on it ed
My driving licence the old one I got sat in front of me
Is different coulor and a blue EU flag top right corner with uk in the Center
The new one has a uk flag no EU flag and is in the middle of the left
Next to picture not in corner.
{Ed001's Note - no idea what you are talking about, nothing has changed, you can request an EU passport or UK passport. Have been able to for years. Mine is red and has no EU on there anywhere.}

Coz the passport just came through blue
Not red like yours

And my driving licence old one said uk in EU flag
Now it is a different coulour and has only a uk flag on it

For this to happen dvla would have to be told so I have just been on phone and the just said driving licence has changed

Sorry to seem argumentative just saying what I've just seen and heard ed.

European Union
United Kingdom of

Northern Ireland

But my mums she just got is
Blue and only say United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
So it's just down to choice then?
Also same with my driving licence
I just tried to take photo from phone and post
But phone will not let me.

So, Gove, he talks a good plan (sort of), then goes onto say Article 50 won't be triggered this calender year, we (the UK) are in control of this. I'm sure it's better to trigger it in as soon as the new PM is established, I. e. September/ October. What are people's thoughts on this?

And T. May is. a no no from people I've spoken to.

The way I see things is,the longer they wait to trigger 50 the less likely it is to be triggered, also in the event that it is triggered the more likely it is that control of our borders and will be thrown to the wolves in order to keep hold of our place at the single market table. Brexit is still fresh in people's minds at the minute. could it be that the establishment are banking on "out" voters being more likely to take their eyes off the ball as they could be sitting back thinking the job is done 'battle won', then concede border control to keep the Eu's agenda alive?

msm have been reporting the "possible" 300 or so racially motivated attacks since the out vote.
i'm not trying to say there hasn't been any, or even a rise in them, but isn't this a bit irresponsible of them to report on these when I would probably guess right they haven't been proven yet?

As we saw with the petition for a 2nd ref, it's easy to skew things to cause friction, make people seem guilty or feel so it would be easy for remainers of the mind to go out and do this knowing that it would cast a shadow over proceedings and make out voters appear to be raving racists.

surely the media know this and you would have hoped they would report accordingly. Or is this what they were hoping for, to get people agitated?

If people are agitated and worried about what's going on they are more likely to click on the story or better still buy a paper. No one is going to buy a paper that says 'everything is well in the world today'. Media is driven my money no matter the cost or impact on the country.
