always look for news when a event happens and cliff Richard not getting prosecuted,
reading the article which is misleading in that it comes across as he is innocent when in fact its more a lack of evidence.
its a fine line granted but a lack of evidence could mean a key witness dying, that does not mean he is innocent .
the only thing richard can have any grievance over is he was named publicly, he wants all charges thrown out, in which he wants to be officially told he's innocent. But without a trial.
I do hear ya frankie
I got a small example, My ADHD little brother did something years ago. Any how next morning door came off I got arrested and when't to court.
My brother admitted it and said I was nothing to do with it. I had 5 witnesses that said I was not there, but 1 witness was truly mistaken said it was me.
But in court they switched between me and my brother 3 times then said we where both there lol. So you would think I'm free my brother is going to take his trouble on his chin, but Oh no, we both got found guilty and sent to butlins, bogna Regis I think.
But the whole system is lopsided, been like that for ever. I do think it's the sir in there name that does it, starting to think so anyway.
the system is flawed no doubt .
I think if they want you to get done and there's a glimmer of a chance they can and they don't have the real or alternative culprit then done you will be. Also it's no seceret that people have been protected from prosicution for years Lord janner but to name one. But even with that said I have to agree with innocent till found guilty no matter how bent I think the system is. We can't live in a society where people are guilty until proven innocent.
