Original poster here, what do you think ed??? {Ed001's Note - the problem with the idea of it being a pirate treasure is that it is a bit away from where a pirate would want to hide anything. Especially as pirates were not really much of ones for burying treasure, despite the legends, they were far too busy spending their money on whoring, boozing and their ships. I would say it has to be something else, though what that could be I am unsure.}

I agree socailism left problems but to blame the way our country is nwo on it is madness,you have to look at the private sector and gave the banks the right to do what they want, or should i say the government to allow them to do what they want,do you think in a socailism regime would allow bankers getting A MILLION POUND BONUS?

I think we have to agree that Socialism has shaped post war Britain and yes you can lay many problems at its door. It leaves behind it a moral and financial vacuum. And for the record my degree is in Politics and I have many more years of post graduate experience than I would care to admit that have confirmed my suspicions.
I do however agree that the obsession with celebrity does little for anyone.
