Weed causes problems with your brain??
Wow that is one of the most shortsighted things I have read on here, governments will tell you that lie because it benefits them, there are no long term psychological problems from weed.
Incidentally there are no recorded deaths from taking weed. Alcohol, cigarettes, prescription drugs, crossing the road are more dangerous.

Weed causes problems with your brain though, but I do agree it probably does cure cancer with the oil you get from it.

True it does not cure my mums arthritis but taking prescribed pharmaceutical drugs that do not help plus also were doing damage to her liver and kidneys, well it was a no brainer.

An interesting take on an supreme being ruling class is Danielle Trussoni's Angelology books. Although I tend to give book like this a wide berth, I found it well researched and engaging AND if you replace the angelic race mentioned (along with all the biblical subterfuge) with ETs then it could be a plausible suggestion.

Very good post Len. Getting friends to consider other forms of treatment is a very difficult and delicate conversation Zari. Thanks for the vids Ed033. Nicely summed up Franky.

I have no idea if weed can help with cancer but I do know it helps my mum with arthritis and I find it astounding that so called normal cigarettes are legal when they will not admit to name all of the ingredients yet a natural herb that has been used since we have walked this earth they chose to ban, well you do the maths.

To a certain extent you are correct, the civilisations mentioned, along with other such as Mogol, Ottoman, Persian and so on fell for one of a few reasons. Either they over-stretched and spread themselves too thin, someone bigger and badder came along to subjugate them or an external force came along, such as religion (Roman empire fell as many of their soldiers converted from Mithraism to Christianity), the Ottoman Empire fell because Christianity expanded in search of more followers, not solely due to being conquered. The shift in religious spread is more worrying than invasion at this moment, in my opinion we are heading for another 'Crusades', if they haven't already begun. If you consider the amount of conflict that begins because of religion then we are already there.

Honestly, I think it's the same "empire". The priesthood has been suppressing freedom of thought since later Egypt and its "rule" books have been in existence since Rome.
They regularly change names and religions but their actions, words, clothing and hats can be traced back through history.

That establishment has been draining Africa and the middle east for resources since they left that area.
I cannot see them returning to it in the near future, as they have been using it to destabilize that greater region.
How would they reed themselves of all the brainwashed "crusaders" they created?

I see them moving their capital to Hong Kong. They have been preparing the city and surrounding areas for a while. Opium wars, Mao's cultural decimation, covert occupation etc. They have already moved the centers of many of their global-reaching corporations there already.
Additionally, they have publicly admitted that the "great chinese experiment" has been a great success and should be promoted as the new way of governance. Kissinger, Rockefeller and Nixon said that as many times as they could.
Capitalism with a totalitarian overtone seems to be the flavor of the future, for the non-sovereigns.

I couldn't agree more with your post len bright, it is well researched and the conclusion you came to resonates true with me as well.

A friend has had various tumors and reoccurring cancer for a while now. However, I have been finding it extremely difficult to even convince them to give cannabis a chance.

The establishment propaganda has thoroughly incapacitated some people's analytical processes. When one prefers to poison their body, to the point of death, through chemo-poisoning than use a natural herb, it saddens to say the least.

This has gone off-topic and originally started as a discussion on the conspiracy to go to war in Iraq again.

Let's be clear, the US and UK have enough military hardware in the region to take out a target in very little time: by manned-warplane or armed-drone.

And yet with the rise of ISIS (30 days and counting), all we've heard from Obama is statements aimed at buying time. 'my team are working around the clock'. 'we have moved an aircraft carrier to the region'. 'I am going to take a few days to consider my response'. 'we are sending 300 advisors to the region'.

Statements from Cameron & Co. 'they are a threat to us at home'. 'their threat justifies our surveillance laws'. 'so hardcore they got kicked out of Al Qaida'.

It's all BS.

The US handed over their military hardware to the Iraqi forces they'd trained, then (pretty much) left the country.

In Syria, the US (UK, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan also involved) has been providing top-end anti-vehicle weaponry to the anti-Assad jihadists (of which there are several groups, some fighting each other). There's also training in Jordan, supply drops and other support - as allowed, with some rule bending, by the UN, for the protection of civilians.

And yet Assad remains strong - in the eyes of Iran he is winning back Syria from the Jihadists. This isn't what the West wants (destination Iran).

How else can you support the jihadists in Syria if you aren't able to arm them due to UN Security Council rules? What if, just across the border in Iraq, you had a huge amount hardware in the hands of Iraqi forces?

ISIS are the face of the US's best bet to topple Assad. The latest assistance we can provide anti-Assad forces is to delay any assistance to Iraq. That way we allow a transfer of US military hardware to forces in Syria.

The price of chaos in Iraq for the goal of Assad's head on a stick is one worth paying in the west's eyes.

As for Kim Philby; Saddam may have carried out some sickening acts including long and torturous deaths but the body count battle of Saddam versus Bushes Senior and Junior results in a first round knock out of Saddam. Don't forget that the US/UK were killing Iraqi throughout the 90s through UN sanctions (medicines) and constant bombing of infrastructure (water treatment plants, leading to disease and high infant mortality).

But if your basis for judging 'world's worst maniac' comes down to method. Death by starving dogs versus decades of birth mutations from depleted uranium use. is a difficult call.

I don't need to hear about holograms and other high-tech/fantasy explanations.

In one case, the pilot wasn't able to able to fly a Cessna safely. And yet an impossible high speed (above the plane's design threshold) circular descent into a building armed with anti-aircraft missiles is carried out by an inexperienced pilot who manages to hit the least precious part of the building in a manner which causes the least damage.

If you want to talk to people down the pub about 9/11, don't mention holograms, their eyes will glaze over. You don't need to; the Commission Report doesn't stack up using simple logic.

I read somewhere recently that the Tube CCTV system was not working that day.

Still leaves the bus bomb as being difficult to explain, but there is so much that stinks about the tube bombs.

Good watch Ed, certainly an eye opener. The missing link and timescale between the 2 deffinately makes you think along the lines of genetic modification somewhere.
