I believe that's why they didn't but the space program was under top security classification. Only the politburo and the chairman had access to a lot of the files. The scientists and cosmonauts obviously wouldn't speak on it.

Franky, James Bond is so far from reality it is laughable.
It depends on the role, but certainly you don't have to be a 6'4 muscle pack. That's what you have special forces for like SAS or Spetznaz.
Most intelligence is done by analysis, computer geeks sat looking at your hacked emails or intercepted phone calls. Usually if your in the field your just servicing dead drops, leaving instructions for an asset and retrieving what they leave behind. And anyone can be an asset in place, you'd be surprised.

Ok thanks Ed that clears it up, I've never looked into it saw it mentioned on here a few times. I found the video really interesting just didn't understand how they were doing it cheers.
Also Ed, when the English fella's target is who was behind the attacks. At the top of his board says US New York 9/11 attack so could that then mean his ego or imagination is getting in the way? I'm not trying to disprove this I think it's fascinating and I want this evidence to be on the money so much but It seems a bit scripted don't you think?

Very interesting. I remember just after the Reagan assassination attempt a few of us were sitting around with a fresh bottle of vodka, pretty amazed that people in the west actually tried to kill unpopular leaders. Something that we wouldn't even say as a joke. Anyway the conversation naturally turned to Kennedy and we worked our through the bottle and onto a second discussing Kennedy. Towards the last third of the second bottle this old timer, starts talking about Roosevelt, about how when news reached the soviet embassy it was flashed to the Kremlin as highest priority traffic. Despite the time difference Stalin was still around and immediately ordered the soviet ambassador (at this time Gromyko, later to be soviet ambassador to the UN amongst other things) to go to Georgia to view the body and confirm cause of death. This old guy said that three times Gromyko tried to gain access for a viewing and was rebuffed each time. Apparently if he had died the way he was supposed to there would be visible signs and this is what Stalin was interested in. The old timer concluded that Gromyko and Stalin suspected foul play but had no proof.

Mort they have access to that already.
Every government agency has access to that data because they monitor every internet post, phonecall, text etc. one sends and receives. Those same agencies have already been caught sharing that data with private companies such as banks and other private businesses (only establishment run ones of course).
Any voter database contrived, corresponding to registered voters, registered citizens or any other governing mechanism would and is open to establishment manipulation, as they are the ones entrusted with their control.
Absolute transparency would end this farce once and for all by shifting the current imbalance. Granted the people would be incurring short term costs though infinitely outweighed by long term gains.
Without any intended pompousness, we should be proud voicing our opinions, sharing our ideas and standing up for our believes, for that is the only way to test them as compared to any other.
That is what I perceive democracy to be about.
Sovereign people comparing their inner reflections with those of others, in an attempt to reach a higher form of perfection.
Hiding ourselves to appease imposed masters its akin to turning gold to dust and casting it to the winds for it not to be stolen.
It achieves nothing, prolongs the injustice done to this world and its inhabitants, and ensures that the world inherited by humanities progeny would only be darker than the one we inherited.

I’ve seen the video of James Foley and I can say that what you state is true in my belief that it could be fake or staged, but not for the reasons you consider but agree with you on the motives.
1. Almost daily several times every hostage is threatened: today is the day you die. When this happens 20 or so times in one month and hostages being isolated and then grouped together then the human mind is more than prepared and has accepted death
The script is always there, hostages read scripts every couple of days but once in a while one is chosen to publish in the video. When someone speaks/reads out loud then also the mind starts to accept these scripts as facts.
As for not being scared and such; it’s down to 2 things – when you’re a hostage the main threat the terrorists use against you are the hostages with you. They threaten to torture the other hostages and they torture so that you do what they say i. e: reading a well written script or dying so that others would be saved.
Another factor is Captagon pills – these are type of amphetamines that are spread like crazy in all middle east war regions. They are used by the fighters and used on captive soldiers and hostages. Staying awake for over 2 days on these pills makes you delusional
They are also used in the suicidal bombers recruiting.
2. No blood is visible when the first cuts are done by the so called “Jihadi John†well please be aware that he is not the one who beheads – he is just someone who is more fluent in english and that is it. So there are no cuts here and that’s why James Foley makes no reaction and no pain sounds and no blood squirts. He would think it’s the same gag as everyday that he survived this day and they pranked him. The beheading wouldve been done later and even at later date by the main executioner who would have the biggest ego pride of always doing this job. As for leaving out the most scary part well it’s part of the propaganda – these video beheading (Foley and Sotloff) were published directly by ISIS “government†and not as usual like all before be headings (of syrian/iraqi soldiers, citizens…) who were published by the fighters and other sources. They were well prepared and hollywood style cam angels, since they are westerners then the video isn’t published. Tends to make you feel that ISIS are more compassionate towards the west then to the Arabs.
3. After any beheading the features of the face changes, I saw the video and for me if the beheaded face was the same as the one reading the script before.
4. Again he is not the executioner, and also the next hostage video could've been filmed at a different time.
5. No need for flags anymore since ISIS was already known and a domestic name in every house. As for Allah wAkbar, there isn’t any chantings because this is a threat video and not a captured fighter or some sort.
The media and all the west now is after Jihadi John and not ISIS or it’s leader. This is the propaganda and this is how shifting of priorities takes place; instead of trying to release and rescue the remaining hostages, the priority is who is Jihadi John
6 – 7 – 8. I cannot comment coz I don’t know much about James Foley. But what you state can be part of the truth since it can be very likely the Foley was CIA employed.
9. Making people search more and immerse more in this news can lead to the outcomes they want. It also creates this divide we’re discussing that there could be more the video and that the beheading is fake
Kind makes you hate ISIS more doesn’t it? And accept a war on terrorists ISIS which would ultimately be on Syrian grounds without coordination with the Syrian government leading to world war 3 maybe hehe. All is possible but what am sure of is that most are lies and fiction.
It could be staged and can be real but for me I’m quiet sure where the funding is coming from which is certainly saudi people backed by the US, so one way or another beheading or no beheading they knew and accepted it to be done-the video that is.
It’s unreal how now Sunni vs Shiaa it has become in all Arab countries. The division of each country is too much and if all arab war breaks out then no one would survive.
Franky the info I have is no more than from friends, family members, colleges who are one of Christian, Sunni, Shia, Durzi sects and some who are members in Hezbollah and some extremist Sunnis (backing the islamic state) and some Shiaa and Sunni religious people who are against all what is happening and you can say more peaceful than the christians. Some of these are refuges from iraq and syria with first hand stories of what happened and is happening.
Plus I have friends who are in the lebanese army fighting currently against ISIS (who return every 3-4 days and the get shifted back to the fighting region), others who work in the lebanese intelligence and detective forces. These guys when you get them fired up then they slip up with burried facts hehe. And in a country like Lebanon where war is on the horizon a lot of chit chat sessions take place discussing all. So what I posted before is what is common and similar in all the stories I heard from all the different sects and people.
Cheers,
J.

Interesting post mort and I watched something in a documentary a few months ago about fdr and your post has stirred up something in my memory, it explained he was a very ill man who if I can remember rightly had a heart attack but was back in the whitehouse 7 weeks later and something on the lines he would not see threw the plans he had (wish I could remember what it was called)it was almost like a cryptic clue, top post mort.
Read discussionZari, one flaw with your transparent voting system, if everyone can see how you voted on certain issues, then that data would also be available to the got and certain companies with vested interests in how you vote. I'm not sure I would want that being out there for them to look at.

Cheers edd ordered book, will give you my opinion after I have read it.
Read discussionI reiterate, the majority of the worlds population is peaceful. A few countries have attempted to expand their imaginary borders or supplement their lack of a logical economy through violence. How that behavior can be justified and even admired baffles me.
Hate is a waste of energy. People who feel hate are those fixated with the problem and have never moved to envision a solution to it and then a world without it. I choose to work towards a world where the only muscles that matter are ones heart and brain.

Zari you are probably right about democratic votes and my views are similar. In my op I put that I thought it was one of the "most democratic votes I've witnessed" and I still think it is. I still believe it was a lot more of a fairer vote than maybe 99% of the world. Only I think some people were excluded to vote in Scotland because of age but if you were a Scottish national living abroad or say in England then you weren't allowed to vote. I believe that was one of the only downsides. But if we are going back in time also Scotland had a good few pre-emotive invasions of England and Ireland. They even sailed to Panama to colonise Panama to try and control a global shipping channel. It failed. Had they been successful then they would have established a far reaching empire. As I said nearly all countries flex their muscles at some point but it's the successful ones that develope a dislike, resentment even hatred from others.

Though I can not prove it, I believe there are no democratic votes in any of the so called developed countries.
Elections are manipulated by the establishment and their well placed pawns. Some proof to that exists but nothing of the scale to support the above mentioned belief.
Additionally, human beings can dislike ones behavior even if it does not directly cause them injury. Presented with proof that it does so to others, who they consider fellow human beings, some feel empathy or compassion.
The reason I mention Cyprus is because that is one place I regularly receive accurate information from.

Zari. I don't have to read my post again and stop twisting the words in my post. I say a dislike from Scotland yet you start posting a "general dislike" and quickly go to the English military in cyprus.
I could probably pick any any country in the world and an incident in a given week or month and use it suit any argument. I have posted about a "democratic" vote in Scotland and a relationship between Scotland and England that no one has answered including you. There is nothing in my lifetime which has fuelled the dislike that I am aware of between the 2 said countries. I expect you will respond taking me around the world stating as fact any incident between whatever countries you pick and hit me over the head with it. Maybe read my post again zari and maybe offer a reason instead of trying to represent the globe.

Something about a general dislike, resentment or even hatred towards England based on historical events, that happened before all our lifetimes and have not happened again for the last few generations.
That post was proof that what you stated was false. It has happened again and it is still happening.
One month ago the English military base in Dhekelia, Cyprus opened fire on a local fishing boat. They were clearly not trying to kill anyone because they didn't and were most likely trying to scare them for "fun".
The military base command said no such event took place and if anyone was shot at it was their fault.
People are pissed off at England because it is such an effective establishment tool. The fact that there are and have been others just like it, does not in any way justify it.
The majority of the world's human population are peaceful people. That said there are a few murderers out there as well.
Comparing ones self with the murderers in an attempt to justify ones own actions is only a step before mimicking them.
